This is my 13th post and I have not gotten my 50 tps. I have provided my username and email but it always says you have write less then 10 posts. Someone help!

Because, as stated in the forum rules and at the top of certain areas, not all areas count towards the forum post target.
So you may have made 13 posts but not all of them count

No, I looked to the ones where they do count and posted there. But it worked for me now.
