The problem was, as most things here, it just turned into a spam-fest after about 10 pages.... people dont bother reading the first post with the guidelines on it.
I'll say "Yes" for now, but if it gets silly again and people spoil it, I'll lock it again

On the xbox I have EA MMA,BFBC2 and Halo:Reach. Will have Black Ops after christmas.

I'm a die hard Assassin's Creed fan. Love it, espescially now that it has multiplayer. My favourite ever games, I hate CoD. Assassin's Creed has beautiful cities you can roam around in, do what you like, build to it, gain recognition, steal money, fight guards, so much more and you can do whatever....

I play Madden 11 and Black Ops, I think madden 11 should let you make your own superstar for team play... It's far fetched, but like they could make default teams (So like everyone on the team doesn't have a name, only a number, and everyone's overall is say 85) and they coould keep using NFL team jerseys. You could customize your superstar like you do in superstar mode offline. This would make the game great XD

I think there is no game just like Call of Duty. Call of Duty is the Mother of all games haha the graphics as the games upgrade, is immense. Call of Duty is the best war game ever made!!

But Black Ops doesn't have as great of graphics as MW2 had. The only upgrade in graphics was diving to prone, which has had me killed more than saved... So if infinity ward comes back to activision, I will agree with your statement

Yeah thats why I didnt buy Black Ops, everyone said it was awful and the graphics are definately worse than MW2. Its because Infinity Ward didnt make the game with Activision this time, it was Treyarch and Activision. Treyarch made all those other bad games such as Counter Strike for the PC. Treyarch brought zombie mode to CoD. (CoD 5 Zombies) Thats the reason I didnt buy Black Ops, I haven't even played it and I never want to.

I wish I could've saved my money and not have bought it. The Campain isn't bad on it though. It's pretty messed up but what i've seen in like 100 first person shooter games is in the campain, there is ALWAYS a conspiracy that someone from the inside is a traitor... Black Ops did a good job on spicing it up XD

Yeah, maybe so, but I think I might get more into car games, like racing games, F1 2010 looks immense as well as GT5, I think I will get 1 of those games. I have heard good feedback from F1 2010 so most likely I will get it.

Well since this is the gaming thread i figured i wouldnt make a new topic. But as im sure some of you all know that the VGAs(Video Game Awards) was on just last night on spike TV. Now i was just wondering what games caught your eye? What games are you looking forward to etc. Also what did you all think about Red Dead Redemption winning Game of the Year?

Here's what i think. I am definitely looking forward to prototype 2, as well as the new mortal kombat game and Mass Effect 3 of course! As for the Game of the year award, i thought that mass effect 2 should have taken that home no doubt. I didnt think Red dead had any replay value to it at all. Mass effect on the other hand shows that there are consequences to your actions and the ending storyline can be different depending on the choices you make.

I liked the story in black ops, it had a great twist, and although i figured out what had happened a little more than halfway through the story it was still a great ending. The only problem i have with black ops is the online play. It gets very repetitive and i lost interest quite quickly. The only reason i still play it is to play zombies with friends.

My favorite game is God of War 2, i played on ps2 like 20/24 hours a day, it's mostly like an action game, but it's like a puzzle too, requires a lot of focus on the objects you got to move, and very skillfull hands xD to move as fast as you can to do the levels, although i don't like the ending of the game, the story line is very cool, being a betrayed God and the last spartan left in life, you get to hunt Zeus to kill him for his treason on you and the other things he did to your people.

Funny to say it's the only game on PS2 that made me get the Smackdown vs Raw out of the ps2, although it's an old game i STRONGLY RECOMMAND
