Ok so people are wondering... what do we look for when hiring gms.. or I applied a year ago and havent heard anything and it wont let me reapply whats going on?
Well when you apply for a gm spot you fill out a beautiful application. You then sit and wait... and wait... and wait...
I usually hire on about 10 to 14 gms a month. Its mainly based off your stat levels. The higher the stat levels the more chance to have me read your applications.
If your below level 12 then its almost pointless to apply.
The reason why we go off of the stat levels is the higher the stats the more you have proven to stick around and follow through with your wrestlers. which means you more than likely follow through with your fed.
I look at the first and work my way down. if an application sucks or one of the other reasons not to be chosen for gm then I move on to the next person. If you restart before I have a chance to review your application then you move to the bottom of the list.
Reasons for not being even considered for gm position
1. You have too many Bans
2. You multi account
3. u rite lak dis an giv meh a hedake
4. you didnt fill in all boxes and info on the gm application
5. You sent me waaayy too many pms in game demanding a gm spot.
almost forgot. I deleted all of the gm applications. alot of them were old and unkept. If you submitted an app before feel free to do so again
