For both EoW and TWG the staff is chosen pretty much the same way.
First players need to be nice in chat, helpful, and on alot. If a
Helper position opens then chat is looked at on who is on at that time and the best person is chosen out of the group.
The person is now a
helper. they help and frolic in the fields answering questions and reviewing tickets. They stay this way till a
mod position becomes available. When it does then the
helpers are looked at for who is on at that time and the best person is chosen out of the group. Now the person is a
mod. Tadaaaa
For
Gms they have to hand in an application. The application is reviewed and
gms are chosen from them. The applications are sorted via stat levels so the people with the higher stat levels are at the top of the list. As
gms are chosen or declined the list gets smaller from top to bottom. moving the lower stat people up the list. so people who are level 5 really dont have much of a chance getting a
gm spot... not unless all the rest of the applications suck.
For being a writer (not a
pub) they are chosen on the merits of thier writing. There is a thread in the real wrestling thread here in the forums that is strictly for articolists and reporters. When a spot opens up for writing it is posted in there. There are guides in that section for writers so I wont go over them here.
Supervisors are chosen among those in the job that is the most trustworthy and on alot. Course the only way to replace a supervisor is if they quit, get fired or die.. and dont go hunting for them because they are good at hiding

Forum mods are chosen by thier activity in the forums and thier posting behaviors. They have nothing to do with in game rules violations but can talk to the mods there to keep in sync
Vice Admins and Admins cannot be replaced from the general populace.
Most important though is not to ask to be a staff... unless its for writing. We pick people off of thier behavior in chat. If you ask then we tend to think you only want the job for the staff name.. which isnt a very good reason. We choose you not the other way around.
