As like much of this forum, the last topic ended up being full of spam and nonsense posts, so has been deleted and this new topic created.

When posting in here, please give a good reason or explanation to what your improvements to WWE would be.

Something like "bring back Jeff Hardy" or "bring back the attitude era" is not only completely ludicrous in that it wont happen anytime soon, it also adds nothing to the topic.

A brilliant example of ideas would be this post:
Quote:
1) They need to keep the storylines going and characters straight. Example: This recent heel turn of Edge's? way too soon. Especially with Jericho also going to RAW. Or the fact that Michael boring Cole is a unbiased face announcer on RAW, but on NXT he is definitely the heel. They did a much better job when they dropped the face/heel concept with announcers.

2) In the opposite vain, they need to know when to let go. By this I mean to drop an angle because it isn't working (something WWE hasn't never been able to do, even in the pre-PG era). Also, when a wrestler needs to be unleashed. My name is Blair, and I am a John Cena fan. Fewww. Now don't hate on me. I mean I'm not as huge a fan of his as I am of Austin, Angle, Rock, Jericho, Eddie or Benoit, but I do like him. That is to say, I liked him a lot more when he rapped his promos and did more than a handful of moves (Remember the Throwback? That was a great move). WWE needs to concede that sometimes they castrate their superstars.

3) The Blood thing. JR said in his blog that he thinks blood in every second match reduces the impact. Fine, I totally agree. Not every match should have a blading followed by a bright red crimson mask. What they are doing at the moment, however, is stupid. Stopping matches because of legitimate, and often tiny, cuts looks ridiculous. If he has a busted lip or a split eyebrow, go with it. It isn't a PG thing. It's a sports thing. Contact Sports sometimes have accidental blood. Boxing, Football, MMA. It's one thing not to have someone intentionally bleed all over the mat, it another to stop the action in ring because of something that is little more than a paper cut.

4) Renaming classic PPVs. Elimination Chamber? TLC? These are silly names for PPV. No Way Out was a perfect name for an Elimination Chamber heavy event. Breaking Point has been one of the few changes that has not only sounded cool, but is a great way to describe the PPV, just like No Way Out is for a PPV that features a match where the only way out is losing, which isn't an option for a competitive person. Survivor Series. What was wrong with that? Not forgetting that some titles can't be used in certain countries. Elimination Chamber is still No Way Out in Germany because, well, chambers have a bad history in Germany, especially with regards to eliminations.

5) This PG mentality. I'm sure there are much more 18 year old + wrestling fans then there are under that age. And while I'm sure a lot of the merch for Cena and Rey is sold to younger people, they aren't the ones buying PPVs and DVDs. All this time that the WWE is wasting pandering to these "parasites" (just kidding) they are driving those that can watch TNA or ROH, to those very companies for a more well-rounded show. Ones that have the normal singles and tag matches, but also maybe a cage match or a ladder match or a table match. Something the WWE seems to only want to save till PPV time. But if none of the adult who purchase these events have been watching the lead in shows, why should they care enough to buy the PPV?

Well thought out ideas with reasons on each part.
Now I dont expect everyone to write a huge thing like that, but something that explains your idea or reasons in a well thought out manner is what Im looking for in this topic.
Also, if you disagree with someone, explain WHY you do in a constructive manner, things like "I disagree, your an idiot" wont be tolerated at all.

Posts that are short or add nothing to the topic will be deleted, repeat offenders will be warned and/or banned from the forums

I think that WWE should bring back the old PPVs, for example 'Breaking Point' after its first year (and only year) it made history multiple times, like HBK tapping out to Legacy, Randy Orton Vs John Cena's match was epic and also the conspiracy of The Undertaker tapping out to CM Punk, when it ended I couldn't wait for next years 'Breaking Point' as it would of been epic, but no. WWE removed it after one year? They need to stop getting rid of great PPVs like 'No Mercy', 'Armaggedon' Ecetera, 'No Mercy' 08 was the very first PPV I watched, and I loved it HBK vs Chris Jericho, but now these new PPV would be cool but the names are boring, for example TablesLaddersChairs, it ruins the suprise of what its going to be like.

In regards to PPVs, they should actually get rid of all of them except the 5 or so they used to have. Since it has turned into 1 per month now, it's basically like paying for what used to be a normal Monday night Raw match. The month before each PPV was plenty of time to get all the storylines perfected going into the major PPVs. They could also go back to doing Saturday Night Main Events since they have a deal with NBC. NBC, I'm sure wouldn't mind, having a major storyline take place on network TV ( like they did with The Macho Man, Elizabeth, and Hogan storyline). The PG rating isn't gonna leave anytime soon so storylines will be a bit watered down from past storylines so why not make it more about the matches themselves. Stop having Mid Carder matches last 4 minutes. Make each match about 10-15 minutes so the guys actually get a chance to show their talents. I wouldn;t mind watching Raw, if there were only 5 or so matches as long as they were quality matches. If you put together a match , for example, of Ziggler vs Bryant it could be an instant match of the year.

Personally i think all WWE have to do is boost thier young talent and make there matches more exciting. They don't need blood and weapons in order to do this and can give a decent show if they focus on the wrestling. Also fire all the storyline writers and hire people who actually know what they are doing and don't just recycle old storylines

The wwe staff should make some good offers to bring back the legends from wwe/wwf. Like goldberg,the rock,stone cold steve austin , mick foley , shawn michaels , brock lesnar , bocker T , they should bring the hardcore stuff like ecw in the old days ,that was some cool stuff to watch like the ppv named ECW one night stand ... they should try to create a new world title for the superstars show to let some other guys who never haved a world title , to have a chance winning it or compiting for it.

1. Get rid of the PG Rating. The PG rating stops WWE from being the best that it can be.
2. Get better Writers. If a writer cant think of anything for a wrestler then fire the writer not the wrestler.
3. Push some wrestlers and dont give the same wrestlers title shots. Evan Bourne, Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler, John Morrison (finally gets a title shot) they diserve a title shot people dont like seeing the same wrestlers (John Cena, Randy Orton, Edge) as champion

There some ways that wwe can improve on.

i woud say get rid of PG ratings first and have a lot of extreme matches again like a second atitude era...

secondly they shoud make new gimmicks and not just remakes old superstars gimmicks.People might think this comment is exagerated but when you think of it:

john cena replaces the rock
randy orton -> stone cold
miz -> mike awesome
dolph zigler -> mr perfect
alberto del rio -> JBL
jack swager -> kurt angle
etc...

I'm sorry Ya What Now!!???!!

You are saying that The Miz is copying Mike Awesomes gimmick??? or that he is WWE's version of..

Lets look at this shall we.

1: Mike Awesome: 6'9" 300lb Power house monster and 70's Fat chick thriller. Not very good on the mic and used POWER to win matches.

2: The Miz: 6'2" 230lb Technical Wrestler. Loud mouth and sneaky. Excellent on the mic and generally gets sneaky wins.

If anything The Miz is a cheaper version of a 1980's heel Ric Flair.

Just because the Miz says "I'm the Miz and I"m AWESOME" doesn't mean he's the WWE version of Mike Awesome.

You generally make a good point with the others but please get your analogies right (or at least make sense)

As said earlier, I agree with bringing back the old PPVs. When they renamed most of the PPVs now, they're not names, they are match types. TLC for example.

If you are going to change, at least come up with something original. Even Super Happy Bunny Hour would be better because it is original

Bring back Cruiserweight Division. Kaval would be perfect champion. He asked release because WWE Creative had no plans for him. It's just sad. :(

Thats like...x's 3 more Akuri then you will ever need, want, or have space for! :D

Tottaly agree with the above. This PG stuff is cartoon network of poor quality. They got great talents there, and what they do is a waste. Sure...they shouldn't go again with that sorcery mistic stuff they used to do in the past..i remember seeing some segment when some dude wanted to defeat Hulk Hogan and he went into a misty marsh, and prayed to something there..ok...this is dead,doesn't trick anyone. As a matter of fact i don't even care bout the segment parts. I want to see real wrestling. Not one show did and redid over and over again, but in different locations.

Unify World Heavyweight and WWE Championship Titles, and also IC and US titles. That would be great, because now there is the possibility to have more boring championship feuds and angles, and also it would be the PRIMARY title for the company, and on top of the whole food chain.
