I think since the new skin came up, it's harder to level up moves.

If you're talking about s1, I totally agree.
On the old skin, I went to the train moves area on the first of each month and selected the "all" dropdown. This way you see all the moves that have levelled over 100% of their existing level.
Upon checking my PM's, I would generally have between 100-120 notifications that my moves have levelled.

Since the new skin has been implemented, it is rare that I get even 10 notifications that my moves have levelled. Something is obviously different on this skin.

I would agree though if it's a bug or if perhaps something has been fixed we do not know. I would think given the high level of my moves and the rarity of their leveling now that perhaps something was fixed? As it was what 100 executions for level 1, 101 for level 2 etc. etc? wasn't it?

A shame the stats page doesnt list move executions else you could work it out via that if it's working correctly or not. Hopefully over itme the stats page gets improved upon.

i would say that the messages just arent coming, on my newly made s2 i went into check on my moves yesterday (i never checked on them before) and i saw that they all leveled, i went into messages and nothing was there

Yeah XE is right, I got a msg yesterday for ankle lock leveling up and noted my reset value. Today I went through again and no msgs but I did note a couple of mvoes being higher than I thought but my reset value has climed 35K thus the moves must have leveled with no msg.

I noticed that if you open up the hold then you get a message that it leveled.
The same is true for targets you don't get credit for them until you open up the targets.
