This is either a complaint or a question but here goes:

Was the reason the admins switched from the Visuddhi Visubox (old chat) to this new chat just because Visuddhi's website went down? Or could Maxo and Tullo kept the old chat and possibly just reformatted the code on their own time? Even after Visuddhi's site went down the old chats still worked though so I am a bit confused. Was this just a graphics decision because in my opinion, TWG chat should not have automatic emoticons as this invites emoticon spam and is disruptive. Also, you can only post shorter amounts of text and get warned for flood (only happened to me once but it was annoying).

new chat works fine in my opinion plus moderators always keep spam in control so i dont think the emoticon thing is really disruptive. plus isn't it better that we can only post shorter amounts of text? it helps us control the urge to blog about something on chat.

I believe maxo coded then ew chat himself thus it made more sense for him to ahve something he knows well as he created it himself as opposed to something someone else made.

this new chat has lots more functions, and it's easier to use, u can also view amtches, wrestler data, all kinds of things, plus it works on my phone when the old one didn't it's a good chat imo

well, however and whichever way this topic goes, i still say it functions a lot better, and as long as it gets the job done, it shouldn't be changed..

but chat seems to get a bit laggy though..

nevertheless, its a great chat system

I actually liked the old chat... Then you would of known who was online instead of asking aimlessly yes I could always search for them in arena but it takes too long and too much effort for such a minor task.

Well whoopdeedoo for creativity and all, but the Visuddhi chat worked fine. We were all used to it. Oh whatever, it ain't my site. I'm fine with whatever chat is on it.

I agree ^^. But I also agree that its a bit laggy at some point/time.
