Okay. So, at 5tps a league, you can enter 12 leagues for the cost of the best Personal Trainer. Unfortunately, I've had to use the second best trainer as I don't have the information on the best, so we'll have to assume that any calculations aren't totally accurate. The stats of the second best Personal Trainer are:
Exp gained: 37-284
Finishers execution gained: 2-60
Trademarks execution gained: 2-60
Taunts execution gained: 2-60
Moves execution gained: 2-41
Lets assume that you get, on average, 200 exp, 45 finisher/trademark and taunt executions, and 25 move executions. This means, in the course of a 15 day period, you get;
200*15 = 3000 exp.
45*15 = 675 Finisher, trademark and taunt executions.
25*15 = 375 move executions.
You do, of course, need to remember these figures would be slightly higher. Now, you say 6 exp a match is the point where it starts to pay out more than trainers. Again, lets do the maths.
(6*39)*12)=2808 exp.
So, 6 exp isn't the point you gain more exp than you do from trainers. In fact, it is 7 exp - not a massive difference, but it does cost an extra 200k fe's to get there. Plus, like I said, the leagues that run the most regularly are the level 32 and under ones, so you have to be a high level 30 or so before you get the move executions to match the personal trainers. Hell, I'm getting towards being a mid-level level 30 and I'm still not hitting good amounts in leagues.
Of course, we have to factor in that your EXP gain should, if you're investing correctly in entrances, increase over time, so there is a point where leagues far outstrip sparring partners in terms of exp. So, yes, in terms of pure maths, if you were to wait until you got say, 15 exp per match, you would make much more exp. That is roughly 200-240 entrances, allowing for different moves and other exp gain, which is 2,000,000 to 2,400,000 fe's. That takes time to get. And whilst yes, the exp you'd get would be greater, your moves would be weaker, you finishers and tm's would be a lower level and you'd be a weaker wrestler, lowering the benefits the leagues would give you anyway.
I do not believe for one moment that Sparring partners are better than leagues in terms of exp; but I do believe they are the optimum choice for the lower levels, aiding both short term and long term development. I can go into this further if you wish me too.
As for your point of it being a timed game. It is a timed game yes, but it is impossible for someone starting to catch most of the upper echelons of the game, through simple maths, once again. Even if a lot of the top players went inactive, it'd take a lot of time to catch up.
There are my facts. I'd love to see the opposite side.
Hey..i would add some maths since i love it..
Firstly the average of 37-284 is not 200..its (37+284)/2=160.5
so in a 15 days period you can gain=15*160.5=2400 Exp...
Now In a Pl of earning an average of 6 exp per match=6*39*12=2808..
402 exp doesnt seem that big deal...but you are forgetting an imp fact..if you earn 60 Fe..per match..then from 12 private leagues, you will earn approximately 12*39*60 fe=28080 Fe..which is still a nice amount..and the average of trademark execution is 31.5:O..not 45..
