Its useless. Why is it useless? Because every class has an alternative in this particular position which is way better.

Tech - Obviously you'd want a submission there and Grounded is the easiest one with the most sub moves.

Resist - Walk on belly is way better to invest in before you get that Big splash pin.

Strength - Two handed face buster is amazing and so easy to unlock. Getting Knee stomp instead of it would be a mistake.

Speed - Standing Moonsault. Even though the move requires some heavy investment it can still be unlocked easily before level 2 with the amount of cash you start with. Then you can skip Improved reflexes and focus on Lightness and Quickness for Springboard Moonsault if you so want.

Balanced - They are maybe the only class I'd ever consider putting Knee stomp as a TM but several things should be considered:
1) A sub balanced move in Grounded could be very beneficial because of the bonus Versatility gives to support it.
2) Bent down and Groggy are your two strongest positions so it would make more sense to have a Bent Down and Groggy TM. Of course you can still put Knee stomp as a TM to farm executions but it makes it a bit imbalanced with the Grounded TM having way more executions than the Groggy one. Besides, with just a little investment you can have a Bent down move like DDT which is not only better than Knee stomp but also will spread out executions about evenly between the Groggy and Bent down TM.
3) Uraken is a better TM than Knee stomp. Of course you can always make the case of Uraken being bad because it leads to a bad position, not so much if your finisher is in this position.

Note: I am talking mainly about S3 where you have to be level 2 or 3 to have a TM but this could also apply to the other servers easily. Dont gimp yourself with Knee stomp early, not really worth it.

Umm... I think since in the beginning people put it just cause 1. Ground moves happen the most frequently and 2. its the highest ground move at the time. Its a good way to gain executions for when you get a move you actually want.... outside of that yes I completely agree if a lvl 23 is using a knee stomp to advise them to stop lol.

The truth is ideally you should work towards your move set from the moves chart. It's amazing how many times I see people in mid range levels with a weak moveset still. They then tend to reset because they are getting dominated. It's one of the things I love about this game, so much to do to evolve as a strong wrestler... especially as a balanced where patience is king!

Made my first balanced ever, and your right, takes a lot of patience.

Is it on S3 Montavious? If so, under what name. I love to compare balanced builds! lol

knee stomp is usually only used as a beginner tm to gain executions and to be replaced by stronger moves, and I think strengths should tm leg drop after they get 40 rage and 40 unstoppable blow. Its more destructive.

To be honest i used Knee Stomp as a resistance until i got Walk on Belly then i changed to it.I don't see the problem of using knee stomp though.By the time you unlock the moves you said for each class, your Knee Stomp TM has some executions which you can assign to the new move.
