TO start, you can buy the gym for 20.000 FEs, when you buy it you will be able to raise every technique to level 1 using 1000 exp and 20.000 FEs, then you will have to buy the next level of the gym to unlock the level of technique in parallel with it.
The Gym improvment cost increases by a constant fee of 5000 FEs.
The Techniques and their Prices are also constant, and you will be able to pay the same fee and get the same reward at each level of the gym.
Here is an illustration of how the gym should look like now:
Gym Price (Gym lv1): 20K FEs
Technique Price: 1000XP + 20K FEs
GymLv2: 25K FE
Technique Price: 1000XP + 20K FEs
(Take into consideration that the technique Bonus doesn't change also)
Gymlv3: 30K FEs ... and so on
* On a side note, and for the guys who didn't know about it yet, Advanced Techniques are changed back to S1 system.
