Can someone help me?
DO you think that pin bonus is needed in a finisher. if so, how much would you say is needed for about 12 ag?

It depends on your build. If you're going for a pin build then make it around 10 and have plenty of pin bonus in your stats. If you just want it to end the match sometimes, leave it at 1. However this is all in my opinion and can be debated.
