What level do you suggest that I train my moves (granted that I have the ones needed for my final moveset)?

Core positions at least 20, I prefer 40+ myself. Other positions leave them be and save it for entrances.
Other people will tell you though to train nothing at all and use it all for entrances but i figure a level 40 move is now doing triple the dmg of it's base move with no AT applied to it , that's equivalent of using say 200 DDI to get the same result so yeah I tihnk training moves is pretty worthwile personally - plus the boosted Ab helps them land.

I would suggest that if you are going to level your moves using your FE's, that you should get them to level 10. From then on out, let your fighting do the leveling and use your FE's for entrances, stat up's,tournaments etc.
