We are back with “Dashing” Cody Rhodes wrenching on a Abdominal Stretch on Kofi, Rhodes is in control but Kofi fights back nailing a Head Scissor! Kofi hit’s a few chops, hit’s a Double Leg Takedown and Rhodes rushes like a scared little girl into a corner… Cody hit’s a Diving Bulldog from the second rope! Rhodes and Kingston are on the top rope, Kofi battles Rhodes off the ropes and on to the mat… Kingston hit’s a Crossbody!… BANG! Kane is here! Kane is here! Kane rushes to the ring and hit’s a chokeslam on Kofi Kingston and “Dashing” Cody Rhodes!

Kane gets on the mic and basically says Swagger is a liar and he will pay for his sins, the segment ends with Kane doing his in-ring pyro.

A video package is shown from 2 weeks ago where Jack Swagger had the ankle lock on Rey and then the following week ambushing Rey and dragging him around backstage with the Ankle Lock in. This made me smile.

We are in the locker room with Rey Mysterio and Josh Mathews, Josh Mathews asks Rey how he is going to defend his title at MITB. Rey says “I‘m not Josh, I think I‘ve made my decision, I am going to forfeit my world title to Jack Swagger.” OH MY GAWD! YEEEEEEEEEEEEES! WOOO! Wait… what? “Are you kidding me? I will be there on Sunday!” NO! NO! NO! Rey says that Jack Swagger jumping him was an act of desperation, and karma works in mysterious ways.

We are backstage with Jack Swagger talking on the phone with his “Alibi”. Apparently his “Alibi” is stuck in traffic, his “Alibi” will be there in 30 minutes.

We are back as the “chosen” one makes his way too the ring.

Early on, the match spills to the outside and… Christian his some sort of diving move off the top turnbuckle! Christian tries to go for a tornado DDT but McIntyre shoves him off the turnbuckle and too the outside!

McIntyre goes for a cover! 1...2... Kick out! McIntyre drives Christian into the turnbuckle and goes for the Tornado DDT and… this one hits! INVERTED DDT BY CHRISTIAN! 1...2... And a kick out! McIntyre sticks a thumb in Christian eye and hits the Future Shot DDT! 1...2...3...

COMMERCIAL BREAK

The SES is in the ring (including the masked man). CM Punk says that he has built a superior society, blah blah blah.

Big Shows music hits as Big Show makes his way to the ring., with two ladder in his hands. Big Show sets one of the ladder in the middle of the ring. Big Show gets on the mic and basically rips on the SES. Show says that him being in the MITB Ladder Match is exciting. Punk says he wants to see Big Show do a 450 off the ladder, and no not like Justin Gabriel, he means Big Shows 450 pounds burbling all the way down the ladder through the ring to the center of the earth. OOOOOOOOOOH! BUUUUUUUUURN!

After that I fell asleep, that’s how boring the promo was. I awoke to Jack Swagger on the phone again with his “Alibi” apparently he is lost, poor “Alibi”.

We come back as Trent Barreta and Layla are in the ring

Ok, first when was the last time Masters had a match on live television?

We start the match off with Kelly Kelly and Layla battling, long story short, there was kicking, screaming, hair pulling… Rosa Mendez is show jump roping down the ramp and what the hell is this!?!? Trent and what’s his face are jump roping with Rosa Mendez! What the HELL!?!?! This is wrestling not a playground! Jeez! While Layla is distracted, Kelly Kelly hit’s the K-2! 1..2...3...

We are back as Matt Hardy comes out with a mic in his hand and says he will leave MITB as the World Heavyweight Championship.

Matt is in control early, the fight goes outside as Matt clotheslines Ziggler over the top rope. Ziggler takes back control and shoves Hardy into the barricade…

COMMERCIAL BREAK

We come back as Ziggler has a headlock in on Hardy, Ziggler keeps control, Matt regains control with a few short Clotheslines and a Flap Jack. Hardy is going for a Moonsault! Oh no! Ziggler rolls out of the way (barley). Hardy hit’s the Side Effect! Dolph eventually hit’s the Zig Zag! 1...2...3...

We are backstage as a limo pulls up and look it’s daddy Swagger! Daddy Swagger has a package with the “evidence” inside.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

We come back as Jack and daddy Swagger make there way too the ring.

They go through pictures of the two of them winning tournaments together, REALLY boring promo, they would be better if Swagger actually showed emotion while on the mic. BOOM! Kane’s pyro hits as he makes his way too the ring. Kane says he doesn’t believe that Swagger is innocent. Kane grabs Jack by the throat, Jack hits Kane with a mic and locks in a Ankle Lock. Here comes Rey! Rey rushes into the ring and hit’s a 619 on Jack Swagger, daddy Swagger gets Chokeslammed by Kane, Jack walks around angerliy, Jack thinks about going in the ring but instead walks away leaving his father to get tombstoned. The show ends with Jack going backstage. Jack turned on daddy Swagger just to save his butt, this proves that Jack is a wussy.

Well this concludes the first edition of “A Cry from the Night”. I shall see you in the near future.
