Randy Orton Bio (Part 1)

Where can I begin with "The Legend Killer"! Orton is a pure athlete, a third generation superstar, and has one of the greatest abilities of all in that ring, COMPETITION!

Orton's roots in wrestling started when he watched his father and grandfather wrestle when he was a kid. Orton got to go to the shows with both of them and Orton met the likes of Rocky Johnson, High Cheif Peter Miavia, Andre the Giant, Hulk Hogan etc... I'm sure Orton was only a fan of wrestling because his dad was in it and he looked up to his dad highly. Though many people think Orton show's disdain towards his father, its not true one bit. People/Fans get mixed up and think if Orton is a bad guy in WWE, he's a jerk in real life as well. Not true, because if only most fans knew that its only a show, and its nothing to hold up in your heart to believe, then we could all come to an understanding that most bad guy Wrestlers are good people as well. People hate and trash Orton so bad because he's one of the most hated in WWE, but in real life, due to experience he's a really cool, down to earth guy! He shows respect to anyone he meets unless they hate on him over and over. But wrestling is a very big thing in this world.

Orton grew up with Wrestling in his blood. Orton trained, then went into OVW(Ohio Valley Wrestling) and made an Impact there. Orton was becoming noticed as a great athlete and Vince McMahon scouted him and gave him a tryout in which he impressed Vince. Orton then showed up on Smackdown to where if he beat Hardcore Holly he would officially become a WWE Superstar. Orton came out for the first time in WWE, with the fans unknowingly awaiting to see what his in ring ability could be, and upset Hardcore Holly to become a WWE Superstar. Orton's debut in 2002 sky rocketed when in September of 2002, he was drafted to Raw where the likes of Ric Flair, Triple H, HBK, Y2J! Orton's debut on Raw came a bit short when he suffered a shoulder injury that kept him out of action. Though Orton was injured he still appeared on a weekly vignette called" Randy News Network" where Orton talked about his injury, healing progress, and when he is going to be back. Fans started to hate Orton because the RNN interrupted backstage interviews, matches!

Orton came back and aligned himself with Ric Flair and Triple H and Batista in the stable called Evolution. Evolution was the most hated stable in WWE History. Orton helped HHH overcome Goldberg, and Scott Steiner in World Title Matches, and had a match against HBK Shawn Michaels. Legend vs Legend Killer. But that came after Summerslam where Orton was in the Elimination Chamber Match where HHH had focused on Orton helping HHH keep the World Title. Orton when facing Michaels won after Ric Flair gave Orton brass knucks. Thats when Orton/ Evolution's Push began. Randy Orton faced Rob Van Dam for the Intercontinental Title at Armageddon 03. Orton came out on top and won the Intercontinental Title in which he would hold for a record time of 7 months. Armageddon was Evolution's Night where Orton won the IC Title, Batista/Flair won the World Tag Titles, Triple H won the World Title. Evolution was a forced to be reckoned with until their unlikely collapse in late 04!

Orton faced Mick Foley in several Legendary battles. The biggest was at Backlash in a Hardcore Match that featured Orton missing an RKO and landing onto hundreds of sharp thumbtacks, Orton being obliterated by "BARBIE" and Orton putting out Foley after an RKO onto the Barbwire Bat.

Orton went on and defended the IC Title a few times but he faced Edge at Vengeance and lost the title. Orton got a rematch but also failed at that. Then Orton two weeks later was in an over the top battle royal to determine the next number one contender for Chris Benoit's World Title at Summerslam. Orton and Jericho were the last two and Orton came out on top. For two more weeks Orton and Benoit engaged in fights, tag team battles which saw Orton and Evolution come out on top!

At Summerslam Orton and Benoit fought in a long brutal match that saw Benoit go for a German Suplex, but Orton turned it around into an RKO! Thus the Randy Orton Era Begun... but not for too long. Orton the next night defended the title against Benoit again and won, after the match Evolution came out to celebrate with Orton but HHH gave Orton a thumbs down and Evolution turned on Orton thus the official face turn of Orton began!

Orton the next week came out to Triple H asking for Orton to give HHH the title. Orton proceeded but hesitated and spit in HHH's face, then Orton knocked the socks off of HHH by hitting him in the face with the World Title!

Orton took on HHH at Unforgiven in the Rose Garden in Portland for the World Title. HHH controlled a lot of the match but Orton came back and nailed an RKO. But no ref was in sight. Coachman came out and was the ref. Coachman was starting to screw with Orton so Orton countered a Pedigree and then gave Coach an RKO! Batista and Flair Ran out and Orton was obliterated by numerous chair shots, and a Pedigree onto a chair. HHH then pinned Orton to win the title once again!

I personally love Orton, he needs another world title reign. WWE needs to mix it up the only two pay-per-veiws that did not involve Triple H & Cena (On RAW) or Edge & Batista (SD) were Orton's matches against Hardy & HBK. Orton is good at playing the bad guy that's why I like him, he reminds me of Edge but with more chrisma.
