             This article, I will do something VERY VERY different. The name says it all. Smackdown V.S R.A.W. And just a little note, this will NOT be about the game/game series. I will talk about which is the better brand. I would add W.W.E.C.W, but you know. By the way it was my favorite brand before it went defunct. I will first talk about the blue brand, Smackdown!

Smackdown!

             I remember a time when Vince cared about Smackdown. The problem with Smackdown is that they have been in a storyline drought, yes I call it that. Like with R.A.W you have the guest host and the Nexus attacks (which is over). And they have like 20 guys, so they will repeat matches a lot. And they stopped using J.T.G, Shad, and Finlay, so they have even less people. Now every single show will start off with either Kane or The Undertaker talking about their storyline, like what happened with Jeff Hardy and C.M Punk for like a few months.

            The Women's Championship current storyline with LayCool as champions, well it is just bad, in my opinion. I just have a quick question. Why was W.W.E advertising Jack Swagger to be in Summerslam if he was not on the card? I was just curious. That has nothing to do with anything. Dolph Ziggler has finally held the W.W.E Intercontinental Championship, which I am of course happy about. But they are reviving Drew McIntyre V.S Matt Hardy?? Just as long as Drew McIntyre is not a face, I am happy. They have “Dashing” Cody Rhodes. I at first thought it would be a horrible idea, but I like the gimmick. It is a lot more than him and Ted DiBiase being in the Legacy with Randy Orton as their leader. All “Dashing” Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase would do was follow orders. They did not get enough time to themselves. It was all “O.K, we need to take this guy out” then “O.K”. Just stuff like that, and no that exact thing did not happen.

            The person that has been impressing me the most lately is Dolph Ziggler. But there is one problem. The fans only seem to boo when Vickie Guerrero speaks. They need to give Dolph Ziggler better lines. Like how can I put this. Instead of saying stuff like “I BEAT KOFI FOR THE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP!” have him say “I just beat your hero, Kofi Kingston. He just proved to be a stepping stone in my way to the World Heavyweight Championship. Now with him out of the way, nobody can stop me”. I am sorry that was bad. But come on, you get what I am saying.

            We got Jack Shangle (a cross between Jack Swagger, Ken Shamrock, & Kurt Angle). And yes, that was bad too. He has not used the Gutwrench Powerbomb as often, and he just lost to a jobber (M.V.P). YES HE IS A JOBBER!! We got the Straight Edge Society. C.M Punk is the only guy there that is not a jobber. I see a problem with that. I guess that is better than a stable a regulars. We have the Big Show. He is not as good face as he is heel.

            We have Chris Masters, who is officially a big jobber by losing to Chavo Guerrero. We have Vance Archer & Curt Hawkins. I hope they win the titles off The Hart Dynasty. We got the best tag team in W.W.E (which doesn't say much because there are like 4), the Dudebusters. I sense a face turn for them. If there is one, well I would be mad. Not like a pissed off mad, like an “Oh man I was enjoying them as heel” mad. Who knows, maybe they would do good as face, but they are doing really well as heel. Then they got Undertaker, Rey Mysterio, & Kane. But, I have a word limit, so I will go on to R.A.W.

R.A.W

             The red brand. The brand that has been getting all of the attention. I saw Vince McMahon like a few times in the past year on Smackdown and they were either warning Teddy Long or talking about Drew McIntyre “Because he is the CHIOSEN ONE!!” (spelled wrong on purpose). Where did Doink The Clown come back on? R.A.W! Who got the WAY better end of the draft? R.A.W! Like R.A.W got Khali, Edge, Jericho, R-Truth, and the best wrestler, John Morrison. Yea Smackdown got Christian, M.V.P, & Cody Rhodes (who aren't as good as Morrison, Edge, & Jericho. Maybe Rhodes is better than Jericho), but they also got Hornswoggle. Still, Smackdown got the WAY better end. Who has Zack Ryder? R.A.W! And R.A.W has the Nexus. By the way, am I the only person that noticed something weird about the Summerslam eliminations?

            Notice anything? THAT IS THE ORDER OF THE 1ST PRO'S POLL!! Think about it. Excluding Daniel Bryan (who I am glad to see return) they were all eliminated from last to 1^st place. By the way, if you didn't see the match, John Cena did the Superman trick. And John Morrison was brought in that match just to job. Why else would he be in it? Not trying to offend him, but I was at first happy that he was in it. But when I thought about it, I knew that he wasn't gonna get a push, the Nexus needed people to eliminate to make them look strong (R-Truth & Morrison) so that Cena can look better when he beats them. R.A.W is heavily favored over Smackdown. But Vince (or whoever thought of it) thinks they are doing R.A.W a favor by using the guest host angle. But in reality, they are doing me a favor by keeping it off of Smackdown. I guess that is all I have to say about R.A.W, for now!!

            Well I talked a little on both brands. Yes I was bias, so you don't have to mention it. But come on, we all know which is better. I remember Vince was pissed at Smackdown creative a while back, but I can't remember why. But even Vince knows that Smackdown is better, which is why they screwed them from the draft. So the draft pretty much ruined John Morrisons career. He went from main eventing two shows, without jobbing, to being a jobber. Yea he tagged with the Hardyz and fought C.M Punk & The Hart Dynasty, and he faced Jeff Hardy. At least Cody Rhodes main evented a show recently, tagging with Swagger. Some people are saying that it is good that Smackdown got rid of Edge and Jericho because they can push more people to main event level. But that is untrue because Rey Mysterio, Big Show, Undertaker, and C.M Punk are the people that have been in the last few P.P.V matches for the title. At least they managed to push Kane and Jack Swagger to main event status. Wait a second. I never said which was the dominant brand. Do I really need to answer? Have I not been bias enough? FINE!!!

            I am sorry for you R.A.W fans. I did stop watching R.A.W a while ago by the w ay. N.X.T would be my favorite show, if they had better rookies. Superstars would be better if they had more segments. Well it is the worst time of the week. My article is over. Well, GOODNIGHT!!
