The Bouncing Articles: Top 6 Highflyers Part 2

The Bouncing Articles

By:

The Bouncer

It is your favorite time of the week, it is The Bouncing Articles time!!! Now I will finish the top 6 high flyers in W.W.E of the twenty first century. And I will feature two new things. Someone asked me a question via private message, and since I am nice I will answer it. And I will out the “WHAT THE HELL?!?!”. I know what you all are thinking (WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?!?!). Well, I will rant on something about W.W.E that made me think “WHAT THE HELL?!?!”. And it happened last week, but, well I will explain later. Oh yea there is something I need to explain. My articles may be off track, but let me explain. I do not watch W.W.E live. I watch it on Hulu (N.X.T on Thursdays and Superstars and Smackdown on Saturdays). And I of course do not watch R.A.W. And I write my articles on Wednesdays, so I have not watched this week's shows yet. Well, here is the order of last week's list.

#6: Super Crazy

#5: Gregor Helms/The Hurricane

#4: Evan Bourne

I of course put reasoning in my last article, so if you want to know why, then read it. Now I will get started at #3!

#3: Carlito

I know what you all are thinking. “WHY CARLITO? HE SUCKS BECAUSE HE IS NOT A REGULAR!!”. Maybe something like that. Well the regular thing is true. Almost everyone who I ask who their favorite wrestler is, they choose a regular. This is a guy that actually beat John Cena one on one, but I hope you all remember why. Because John Cena was distracted. Remember my theory (John Cena and Undertaker hardly ever lose one on one matches without count out, distraction, D.Q, or “cheating”. Yes it has happened before, but rarely). W.W.E stopped using the “I SPIT IN THE FACE, OF PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT TO BE COOL” as much. That was one of the most hilarious gimmicks ever. He became half of the first ever Unified Tag Team champions. He of course had singles glory as the Intercontinental champion and United States champion. He is good at selling moves, has entertaining segments, and can perform great high flying moves. Shouldn't that be enough to hold a world title? Apparently it isn't. And W.W.E fired him for no reason pretty much. I heard Carlito's side of the story, and I believe him. He refused to go to rehab, which he didn't need. But hey, at least W.W.E kept him unhappy so it wasn't a total loss for Carlito. Hey they also kept Super Crazy unhappy. Well I will stop here, I need space for the rest of the article.

DAMMIT I STILL DON'T KNOW WHO TO PUT. The 2 I have had trouble deciding for are R.V.D and John Morrison. Let's see. R.V.D is an E.C.W legend and original, but John Morrison did not choose T.N.A over W.W.E. O.K, I have decided.

#2: R.V.D

Do not think this is permanent. I do not know why, but it just switches for who I like better between R.V.D and John Morrison. So like in a few weeks I will like R.V.D more, but Morrison is better for now. Anyways, this is the guy that can get the most feedback from a crowd. The crowd roars more when R.V.D made a return at the Royal Rumble than when he joined T.N.A. The downside of R.V.D is that he chose T.N.A over W.W.E. I may be greedy, but come on this is R.V.D. I would rather have him be on the show that I watch than on the show I don't watch. This is the ONLY person in the history of the universe to hold the E.C.W Championship and the W.W.E Championship, but he of course lost them both because of a stupid bust. Meth Hardy got caught a bunch of times and went on to become a regular. R.V.D got a couple of title shots afterwards, but lost them all. W.W.E needs R.V.D along with a P.G rating lift. P.PV.'s would sell out. T.N.A took his title away because they do not want to pay extra money for someone who deserves it more than A.J Styles and Abyss put together. But at least Kennedy (yes I still call him that) gets a chance to hold a world title. And no, Kennedy didn't choose T.N.A over W.W.E, he had no choice. R.V.D can make any move look great, whether he is delivering or selling it. HIS MICROPHONE SKILLS ARE GREAT!!!! He can pump up a crowd WAY better than John Cena. He can do WAY better moonsaults than Meth Hardy. He is too talented for T.N.A, so he should got back to W.W.E. Well I will stop here, for space issues. By the way, the E.C.W original thing is not part of W.W.E or part of the 21st century (actually but just barely).

#1: John Morrison

Some people I know say that his in ring ability is great, but his microphone skills suck because of his voice. I for one enjoy his segments. He can pump up a crowd (not as well as R.V.D though). Something he didn't do was choose T.N.A over W.W.E. This man is being buried in R.A.W. He jobbed in the 7 on 7 match. He will never be in the main event scene at R.A.W because of all of the regulars there. He should move to Smackdown while Undertaker gets moved to R.A.W. This man can play both heel and face. Not that many people can do that. He has the best moves in current W.W.E. He can pick up the pace in any match. But they did have him job to The Miz on N.X.T though. It wasn't even a close match. He just got a couple of moves in. He NEEDS a push. He deserves it WAY more than The Miz. I remember when these 2 actually had a close match. I just do not know when and why they made him go downhill. At least he beat a regular recently (Rey Mysterio). In conclusion, this guy has the microphone skills, the in ring ability for sure, the ability to play heel, the ability to play face, the ability to sell moves, & the ability to pump up a crowd. The only thing he is missing is the right push, then he will be on top. Well I will stop here.

WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!?!

I will keep this brief since I only have 300 words left. ZACK RYDER VS. SHEAMUS?!?! As if it wasn't bad enough that the commentators were saying that Zack doesn't deserve it (but they say that almost everyone deserves it), but he got squashed. He had no offense at all. A kick and he is down. WHY WOULD W.W.E DO THAT? How does he go from being a tag champion and being affiliated with Edge to being a top contender in E.C.W to jobbing to Sheamus on R.A.W? I am sorry I just had to rant on that, even though it was last week.

The Bouncing Q & A

Someone sent me a message, so I will answer it. I will not copy and paste it by the way. I will write it in my own words.

Q: Dear The Bouncer, what are your thoughts on Matt Hardy? Will W.W.E make him a jobber or make a profit from him? I do not get it. The fans love him and all think he deserves a shot.

A: Well, my thoughts are that he is underrated. Not by the universe, but by W.W.E itself. Have you ever heard of the term jobber to the stars? It is a jobber than all the crowd thinks deserves a push, or that is at least how I define it. That is what Matt Hardy is. He is way better than Meth Hardy, but apparently W.W.E thinks not. Thank you for the question.

That is it. MY ARTICLE IS DONE!!!! If you too want to ask me a REASONABLE question, then feel free too and I will most likely answer it. I will write who wrote the question in the comments so that he gets credit and you all wanted to know.

GOODNIGHT!!

I know you don't enjoy the fact that RVD isn't with WWE. But you can't hate on him for going to TNA. He went to TNA to get the push he deserved. RVD held the WWE Title for less than 100 days for sure. He goes to TNA and grabs the TNA WHC in about 46 days. Sure, he defeated one of the most talented and deserving stars in the world (who is a much better high flyer than half of the guys on the list). You can't hate on AJ Styles. He was named No. 1 Wrestler of The Year!! And you're saying he doesn't deserve the title as much as RVD? Wow. Why do you hate TNA so much, when you barely even watch it? You should really just look at wrestling with a more open mind. I truly agree with JoMo and everything, don't get me wrong. But cut TNA some slack. Sure, Abyss is crap. But if it wasn't for TNA, guys like Pope (Elijah Burke) and Anderson wouldn't have any pushes at all in their careers. TNA is giving them MAJOR pushes. I don't think WWE would have ever given either one a decent US Title or Intercontinental Title reign (forget about WHC and WWE Title). WWE won't even give those guys more than 100 with any title. SO, don't hate on RVD for being in TNA. And don't hate on TNA for pushing talented and deserving stars like AJ, Pope, Anderson, and Kazarian. Hate on them for neglecting other people instead, because it's just not right to hate on those guys.

I think Bourne should be in the third place and Chavo should have been given a mention. Anyway I agree with the no. 1 spot. I hope Morrison gets drafted back to SD or at least given a better "partner" than R-Truth. He should be given another IC title reign, or perhaps a rivalry with McIntyre. His mic skills aren't that bad, anyone remember the dirt sheet???

Ugh. You say that these are the greatest high fluers of the 21st century well we still have another 90 years of it so you cant really call JoMo the greatest highflyer of the twenty first century when i dont know another 10 years someone could be a better high flyer.

*braces himself for a TB rant*

Hawk, fine I am sorry. I meant so far :P

Elemental, I mentioned him at least. And remember, it is a top 6, so why would Meth Hardy be on it?

Dr Frank, yea there are alot of other good highflyers like Wang, Chavo, Primo, etc. But I could only choose 6. Chavo is really good by the way.

Nick, Kurt is going to most likely win the tournament. Kennedy will most likely not get a decent push. I never said I hate RVD for it. Sometimes I like RVD more than JoMo, other times I don't. And I do not go by what PWI says. If it is true then John Cena is the 2nd best wrestler of today. And I have watched TNA enough to dislike it.

By the way, in the last paragraph I made a mistake. I put "too" instead of "to".

usually I am the one who back you with my comments about your articles but seriously mate ... get rid of your obsessions with certain wrestlers and companies when writing an article and show us proof for what you say.

it is stupid to say that RVD did not deserve TNA's title when at 40 yrs old he has the agility of the majority of wrestlers ... ok true that AJ is far better but you didn't even mention the WRESTLER OF THE YEAR!!

biases in such articles will neither make your articles attractive to read; neither worth your payment.

Devil D, it's ok. I tried to post a UFC article, but they aren't allowed here. As for TNA, well HELL NO!!

Gohan, fine if you wanna be like that. Who can hit a ladder moonsault or trash can moonsault like John Morrison? Who can hit a Handspring Splash like RVD? Etc. And as for Shelton, trust me, he is one of my faves. It is just that this is a top 6 and not a "WWE's high flyer's ranking for the 21st century so far". Shelton is for sure in the top 15, or even top 10.

Elemental, RVD can hit a Van Daminator from out of nowhere. John Morrison can hit that Pele Kick from out of nowhere. Carlito can hit a Back Cracker/Stabber from out of nowhere. Etc.

"Now I will finish the top 6 high flyers in W.W.E of the twenty first century."

I said that in this article.

"This article, as you may already know because of the title, will be about the top 6 high flyers that have been in W.W.E. No not T.N.A, which I do not watch. But it may have people that were in T.N.A."

I wrote that in the 1st part.

Sparda, I bet you just skimmed through the article without reading the intro, reasoning, conclusion, etc. You just looked at the rankings (I honestly don't blame you since it is what I use to do :P). I am not trying to offend you by the way. Also I was afraid of passing the character limit.

MVD, you too. Why would I name AJ in a WWE list? When did I say that RVD does not deserve the title? I actually said he deserves it more than AJ and Abyss combined. And biases are all over the world, even in WWE.

Sorry if I offended any of you. If I did please point out how.

he deserves a spot cuz he can do his moves from ladders to tables on more than one opponent in the same time and outta nowhere so he deserves a spot

Also, I can't really check my grammar since I am half asleep when I write it (don't get me wrong. I enjoy writing it).

    Hold on, hold on!

Jeff Hardy may have been caught with drugs a lot of time but that doesn't mean he doesn't deserve a spot in the top 6. I have never seen some of the people in this list jump off 15 foot high ladders and crash through a table. Am I the only one who remembers The Hardy Boys Vs The Dudley Boys in a steel cage in which Jeff did a SWANTON off the top of the cage straight through a table with nobody on it... Am I the only person who remembers Jeff Hardy jumping off the set of RAW? And another man, Shelton Benjamin, where the hell is he at?

I agree, this article is not up to the standard quality. I dont mean to be mean Bouncer but reading this is like a big middle finger to those who watch wrestling outside of WWE and we see alot of high flying action. We all make mistakes, I remember a guy who posted a story on UFC on the website thinking it was wrestling related. Nothing against ya, just wasnt a fan of this one.

ok, i sure respect your oppinion... but i REALLY think you should look at somewhere besides WWE... dont like TNA?? look at ROH, AAA, AJPW, NJPW, or any other promotion in the world!!!
i know you only really watch WWE, but go to the internet and check a few vids on other wrestlers before doing any "top" list, but keep up what you are doing =P
