Hello everyone, I am “The Enigma” Johnny Martin. Today is the first edition of The Enigmatic Excess. Today I will talk to you guys about the upcoming WWE PPV, Summerslam. I will give my opinions on all of the matches that will take place this Sunday. I will also talk about the match and for some what will happen. Tag Team winner takes all matchFirst there are the current WWE Intercontinental champion Kofi Kingston and the current WWE Woman’s champion Mickie James. These two champions will have to defend their titles against Santino Marella and Beth Phoenix. I personally never liked Santino and I never will. Yeah he was cool when he first debuted in WWE and was the Intercontinental champion but later on he turned heel and changed my mind about him. I have nothing to say about Beth and my opinion about the winners of this match is “The Jamaican Superstar” Kofi Kingston and Mickie James. Shawn Michaels' announcementNext it is Shawn Michaels' announcement. Lately Shawn Michaels have been returning and getting injured. This Sunday I hope he announces what he will do in his WWE future and I hope that “Y2J” Chris Jericho and his new bodyguard Lance Cade doesn’t come out to interrupt and injure HBK again. MVP vs. Jeff HardyNow I will talk about the storyline between MVP and Jeff Hardy. First MVP feuded with Matt Hardy and now with Jeff? MVP has gone a little too much now. He cost Jeff Hardy almost every match since this feud started. MVP has been attacking Jeff now for weeks so “The Charismatic Enigma” Jeff Hardy can’t hold it anymore. This Sunday at Summerslam I hope Jeff Hardy beats MVP and this time it is one on one so I hope that there will be no interfering and MVP doesn’t disqualify him self on purpose like he does a lot of times. I am pretty sure that Jeff Hardy will want to pay back for everything that MVP did to him this past weeks. Batista vs. John CenaNow there is the match that I am looking forward to watch. The match between John Cena and “The Animal” Batista. Since the match was announced by Mike Adamle these two superstars got stronger and both want to meet each other in the Summerslam ring. They became tag team champions one week after Adamle announced and one week after they became champs they lost the titles and exploded in the ring attacking each other. Batista and Cena now can’t wait until Summerslam to fight each other .I hope that “The Animal ” Batista wins the match and defeats John Cena. ECW Title Match- Mark Henry vs. Matt HardyNext it is the ECW Championship match. At Night Of Champions Mark Henry became the new ECW champion. Since then he has been winning competitions but now a former United States champion will challenge him for the ECW title at Summerslam. The challenger’s name is Matt Hardy. Matt has never been a top champion of a brand so this could be a great chance for him to become one but the strength of the “World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry is nothing compared to Matt Hardy. Mark Henry has beaten Matt Hardy before but Matt Hardy is stronger now so he might be able to defeat Mark Henry. Also we can’t forget that Mark Henry has two people behind him. The two people are the WWE Hall Of Famer Tony Atlas and the ECW superstar, Colin Delany. Even if Matt Hardy gets close to winning, this two wrestlers will be there to stop Matt from winning the ECW championship. I hope that Matt Hardy wins the match and becomes the new ECW superstar so that way ECW will have someone with at least a little of extreme history. All hopes from me to Matt Hardy. WWE Title Match- Triple H vs. The Great KhaliNext it is the WWE Championship match. The champion Triple H will have to defend the WWE championship against “ The Giant 7 foot Monster ” The Great Khali. The Great Khali earned his spot for a title match and since then he has been face to face with Triple H. Just last week these two superstars faced each other in an Indian Broken Glass Arm Wrestling Contest. After the contest The Great Khali attacked Triple H. The Great Khali is a former World Heavyweight champion so he knows how it is to be a top champion of a show. The Great Khali will do everything to win the title from Triple H. Triple H on the other hand is not ready to lose the title. HHH is a 12 time World Champion. Triple H never had a challenge like this especially for a championship. The giant himself has dominated a lot of people before and now he is on the path do dominate and defeat Triple H. This WWE championship match is one of the three main events that will take place this Sunday at Summerslam. I think that Triple H should win the match and retain the WWE title. World Heavyweight Title match- CM Punk vs. JBLNow it is time to talk about the World Heavyweight championship match. When CM Punk cashed in the Money in The Bank briefcase and won the World Heavyweight title, he got a lot of competition. JBL the man that will face CM Punk this Sunday at Summerslam. This match should be an interesting match because after how CM Punk pissed JBL last week in the drinking contest when CM Punk threw a whiskey in JBL’s face. JBL also hates everyone so this Sunday he should be in good shape to win the title from CM Punk. JBL is the longest raining WWE Champion in Smackdown history. CM Punk, also a great competitor has beaten JBL before so it should not be that hard to beat him now. CM Punk is also a former ECW Champion and he knows that championship matches are so important. I hope CM Punk brings a lot of ratings to the PPV in his match and I hope that he wins and retains the World Heavyweight championship against John Bradshaw Layfield, “ JBL “. Hell in a Cell Match- Edge vs. The UndertakerFinally we have come to the final match in this review, The Hell in the Cell match. In this match we will see “ The Deadman ” The Undertaker who will face “ The Rated R Superstar” Edge. This storyline has started a long time ago when Edge cashed in the Money in The Bank briefcase and defeated The Undertaker to win the World Heavyweight title. Later Edge was injured and out of action. Undertaker was out too but returned before Edge did. Undertaker feuded with Batista and was in a Hell in a Cell match with him. Edge returned during the match and attacked The Undertaker. Later on Undertaker came back and since then these two superstars has been feuding with each other. And we can’t forget Edge’s lover, the Smackdown GM, Vickie Guererro. Vickie and Edge made The Undertaker’s life a living hell. Later on Undertaker was losing to Edge in title matches due to the stable that Edge was leading called “ The Familia “. At Wrestlemania , Undertaker defeated Edge and won the WWE World Heavyweight title. Later on Undertaker was defeating Edge but at the WWE PPV, One Night Stand, Undertaker lost in a Tables, Ladder, and Chairs match which cost him his contract in WWE. Vickie Guerrero banished The Undertaker from WWE. Later on Vickie Guerrero, Edge’s lover, decided to get married with Edge. Edge accepted but later he was caught by Vickie that he is cheating on her with the wedding planner. Vickie Guerrero forgave Edge but all that was just a trick for Edge. One week after she caught him, she announced that Edge will have to face The Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match at Summerslam. Edge got pissed off and one week after that he came to Smackdown and attacked Chavo Guererro and Vickie Guererro. With his attack, Edge tried to prove to everyone that he is not afraid of The Undertaker and that he is ready to take on him. Is “ The Rated R Superstar” Edge ready to take on the Undertaker? Well we will find that out this Sunday when Edge takes on “The Phenom” The Undertaker in a brutal Hell In a Cell match. With Undertakers return I hope the Taker wins the match and defeats Edge. Something for the endI hope everyone enjoyed the first edition of “ The Enigmatic Excess . ” This Sunday is what all of the WWE fans are waiting for and that is the WWE PPV, Summerslam. first of all,nice kinda simple but yet nice article,good work Martin
now let's see:1)only 2 matches deserve my atention on SumerSlam the rest are simple, lame, boring, predictable and not worthy for SumerSlam
2)now we have the matches that bring crowd's to the PPV a)Cena vs Batista: nice match bring's 2 favorites against each other and mention only one thing kid's under 15 will cry if cena loses and the rest will ask God a day before SS Batista wins
b)Edge vs UnderTaker(deserve's to be the main) ok nice feud it's getting boring butt yet it can go so many direction's...I must say Taker wins because he need's a revenge but Edge will make a GREAT match because he will not only face Taker but also his former "familia"... a nice aftermath would be Taker seeing the determination of Edge and help him against his "familia", but that would be my dream...

My Opinion on the matches....
Hell In A Cell Match Edge vs. Undertaker......
Edge wins the match which will set up a Buried Alive Match Or Casket Match to end the Feud... Sorry Taker fans But Edge Turned a Super Heal last friday....
WWE Championship Match Triple H (c) vs. The Great Khali....
No Brainer "The Game" If some how Khali wins he will lose to Triple H the following Friday but I doubt it...
World Heavyweight Championship Match CM Punk (c) vs. JBL Cm Punk with interference by Kane or someone new....
ECW Championship Match Mark Henry (c) vs. Matt Hardy....
Matt Hardy with accidental with help from Colin....
John Cena vs. Batista.....
Draw, Double DQ or Cena winning by interference.....
Montel Vontavious Porter vs. Jeff Hardy.....
Jeff Hardy setting up a Cage match at next PPV to end Feud....
Winners Take All Tag Team IC & Women’s Championship Match Kofi Kingston (c) & Mickie James (c) vs. Santino Marella & Beth Phoenix....
I laughed at this when I heard it... Santino and Beth win just to keep their story-line going.. If not then they will wrestle each other on Monday OR!!!! Beth and Kofi Match on raw for the IC Title Beth winning....(Chyna anyone)....
Shawn Michaels announcement:.....
Shawn will announce he IS NOT retiring and Challenges Jericho for next PPV wich will be a Iron Man Match(YES I SAID IT).. It's been awhile for one of these matches.. there you go... just my thoughts....

No offence Martin, i think you've done your best. But I always like to get an inside view when I read one of these (and that means made by a smark) and you could only see what WWE wants you to. Jericho and Santino completely RULE, Santino alone keeps me watching Raw.
So, my own thoughts:
For the tag match. WWE will probably give the faces a big win in this one (and that means Kofi and Mickie). They really don't look like pushing Santino right now, and they need to make at least some of their champions look strong.
MVP vs. Jeff Hardy: tough call, they've pushed MVP lately, but Jeff always gets huge pops. This one could really go either way, although I'd prefer seeing MVP as winner (great in-ring talent, a bucketload of charisma. That's more than enough for me).
Batista vs. Cena: GOD this match will suck in all of it sucktitude. I like Cena, he learned how to cut a promo and normally delivers in the PPV's, but Batista in the ring is scary just by itself. The winner from this one will much likely challenge their brand's World Champion and headline Wrestlemania. My bet? Cena.
Henry vs. Hardy: a Mark Henry match? RUN AWAY! He'll surely retain, not because he's a worthier champion than Hardy would be, but because of some backstage heat that got him the title in the 1st place. Matt Hardy gets buried... again.
HHH vs. Khali: Only one opinion on this one - Get Khali the #### out of my TV RIGHT NOW. Everything I want is to HHH to act like he always does and bury Khali fast enough for him to appear at the Olympics in Beijing.
CM Punk vs. JBL: Punk will win this one, but will end looking like a chump again. How bad is to put the title of your flagship show on a guy you don't want to push? Hey, I love Punk, he is that much better than anyone else in that ring, specially after Eddie and Chris died. JBL isn't that bad either, but getting them together won't play to any of his strenghts. Punk will have to get all the bumps, there will be a referee bump as well, outside interference, all that stuff that JBL needs to survive. Oh, and a dusty finish to boot.
Undertaker vs. Edge: I mark for Edge badly, so this one could be a little biased. My personal favourite, with enough charisma to fill 2 Lashleys, would lose much more than Undertaker if he does the job in this one. Besides, it isn't Wrestlemania yet, and that's the only PPV where 'Taker can get a title. It should be a nice little match.
My very own 2 cents on Summerslam. I can't see the night ending up too badly, but getting Khali, Henry and Batista in the very same show can hurt it.

I'm not gonna lie...this wasn't good to read. Like others have said, it sounded like a five year old who hoped for the guys the wwe want you to hope for.
My picks here:
Kingston/James vs. Marella/Phoenix
-I could see this going either way. I mean, as wwe has so kindly proved, they have no problems giving a mid-card belt to a guy without any previos push. Who's our US Champion right now? In the end, I think it'll be Phoenix and Santino. Simply because of their...interesting storyline.
Shawn's Announcement
-No chance in hell will he retire. WWE's not gonna let someone as epic as Shawn Michales leave in such a lame way. When Michaels finally retires, it will be in the way of Ric Flair: At Wrestlemania.
MVP vs. Hardy
-I'm really looking forward to this one. Jeff Hardy is already established as a main even dude. Love him or hate him, he guy's fun to watch. This seems to be WWE finally giving MVP a push to upper mid-card level. This should be a very good match. But I'm thinking Hardy finally wins.
Batista vs. Cena
-Annoying. Maybe I say this because you have two of (in my opinion) the most overrated guys in the business going at it. Making these two tag team cahmps was garbage. Seriously. I think the only purpose of that was to say "John Cena's a two-time tag team champion!" as if that's a huge deal. Batista's coming out on top. Why? Because he's an established Smackdown guy, and he needs to be established on Raw fast. I'm really pushing my luck, but I pray that Batista replaces Cena as the face of Raw. (Not gonna happen)
Mark Henry vs. Matt Hardy
-Crap. We all know who wins this one. Henry retains.
Triple H vs. Khali
-More Crap. They're not about tp let the most charismatic, powerful champion lose to a guy who barely speaks english. But then again, he beat Batista. So...
JBL vs. CM Punk
-A lot of potential for a great match, but I get the nasty feeling WWE's gonna screw it up. These two obviously don't like each other, and CM Punk is about to hit his prime. Punk wins. How? I don't know. But Punk wins.
Edge vs. Undertaker
-I'm an edgehead through and through. But he's not winning this one. Edge wins his specialty, Undertaker wins his. Will it be a squash? At the beginning, yes, but look for Edge to gain the upper hand via underhanded tactics later on, only for Taker to regain the advantage. This one has potential to be match of the year. Because there's so much hype, so much going into this match. And both guys really know no limits. I could easily see shades of Taker vs. Foley and see Edge thrown off the top of the cell. Do I tink Edge wins? Not at all. Do I think Taker dominates? Not at all. Do I think this is the last we see of this feud? Once again, Not at all.
Summerslam should be alright. Not the best card we've seen, but matches like Edge/Taker, MVP/Hardy will make it more interesting to watch.

Tag Match:
Kofi and mickie will retain, i think kofi needs more time as a champion
Mvp vs Jeff Hardy:
I dont realy think this feud is going longer than this, so mvp will not dq himself, jeff hardy will after all this things that happened, unless the feud goes on, cause it cant end whit mvp winning
Batista vs John Cena:
They are trying to turn batista into a heel? I've seen he do many things but everyone keeps cheering him. If he beats John Cena, maybe some John Cena fans (kids) will hate batista (and kane?)
Mark Henry vs Matt Hardy
Really dont think Matt Hardy should be able to win against mark henry and tony atlas, maybe Mark Henry gets disqualificated, but i know wwe and matt hardy has chances, mark henry has been champ enough time for now, or not?
Triple H vs The great Khali:
At the beggining i wasnt sure, but reading the news at twg, i know that triple h will win, they said something abaout Khali had a problem in his knees and a triple h vs big show feud
Cm Punk vs Jbl
Jbl may win whit help of the tag champions, or may get DQed by them so im not sure.
Undertaker vs Edge
Whit the old edge, this is going to be a really good match, i hope they get out of the cell, if not then it is too boring, at the end undertaker will win, even whit edge efforts, and that something that says me: This feud isnt ending here
