THE FIST BRINGS ABOUT BRAGGING RIGHTS!!!
MATCH #1
THE MIZ (For Raw) VS. JOHN MORRISON (For SmackDown)
Morrison starts the match with a series of offense, but Miz stalls the match by bailing from the ring to firmly establish himself as the heel here. Morrison lands a drop kick into his Standing Shooting Star Press for a 2 count. They exchange a series of pin attempts, but Miz comes out ahead. They start exchanging blows, and while Morrison comes out ahead, Miz makes a quick pin attempt to break up the momentum. Morrison gets a springboard inzugiri out of nowhere and tries for a pin, but Miz gets his foot on the ropes. Miz goes for the Skull Crushing Finale, but Morrison gets out of it, and lands a side Russian leg sweep to set up Starship Pain. Miz gets up as Morrison goes to the ropes, and pushes him off to steal the match with a pinfall.
WINNER - THE MIZ (For Raw!) Match Rating -Â 7/10
Good back and forth, no real stalling or anything like that, and just a good showing, except for Miz's double axe handle... GET A REAL MOVE, YOU LOSER!
Cody Rhodes starts hyping up Team Raw, when R-Truth comes in trying to give hope. However, it's Cody who says "Listen, your original SmackDown Seven got humiliated by us, so you are the second rate, second string losers. Good luck failing out there!" R-Truth, however, lets Cody know the only reason he's anything is because other people made him. Then, of course, Big Show comes out to protect little Cody. Aww, how adorable.
MATCH #2 MICHELLE McCOOL, NATALYA, & BETH PHOENIX (For SmackDown) VS. KELLY KELLY, GAIL KIM, & MELINA (For Raw)
Gail Kim starts off against Beth Phoenix, but deals exactly zero offense against her. Beth eventually gets bored and lets the other girls fight. Eventually, Gail gets a lucky tag in to Kelly, who then starts getting stomped by team SmackDown. Gail gets the hot tag to Milena who cleans up on Beth Phoenix. That is, until Phoenix lands her finisher on Milena for the win.
WINNERS - MICHELLE McCOOL, NATALYA, & BETH PHOENIX (For SmackDown) Match Rating - 4/10
At least it was the best women's match I've ever seen... a 4 of 10 is about right.
DX gives Team Raw a pep talk by saying that respect will send them to the winner's circle. They tell each of the other members why they shouldn't get along at all, but yet, there they are. They may not LIKE each other, but their respect will carry them through.
MATCH #3 IS A FATAL FOUR WAY FOR THE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP BATISTA VS. REY MYSTERIO VS. CM PUNK VS. THE UNDERTAKER (c)
Off the bat, Punk jumps Rey, which gets Batista to chase him into an Undertaker clothesline. Punk tries to attack the Undertaker, but just gets thrown out of the ring instead... right into the path of a Rey sitting senton splash. Punk lands a superplex on Taker, but Rey tries for the cover before Punk can get there and gets a two count. Punk throws Rey out, Batista kicks the crap out of Punk and lets everyone know he's ready for a Batistabomb, but the Undertaker flattens him with a big boot. Rey tries for a hurricanrana on Taker, but taker catches him and sets Rey up for a Last Ride. Batista makes the save though with a spear on Taker. Rey and Batista make googly eyes at each other and decide to team up on Taker. Rey lands the 619, which sets Batista up for a Spinebuster, but he only gets a two count as Punk dashes in to break up the pin. Punk finds Rey and lands a GTS on him, but Batista breaks that pin attempt. Undertaker gets Batista from behind with a Hell's Gate, but Punk breaks up the submission attempt. Undertaker lands a Last Ride on Punk, but Batista breaks that pin up too. Undertaker lands a chokeslam on Batista, but Punk breaks up another pin. Taker tosses Punk out, and Batista lands a Batistabomb on Taker, but Rey pushes Batista out of the way and tries to take the pin himself. Batista and Rey exchange words, giving Taker ANOTHER chokeslam on Batista for a near fall. Batista and Undertaker knock each other down with clotheslines, but Punk tries to pin one, fails, and tries to pin the other, but ANOTHER kick out. Batista throws Punk out, and Taker lands a Tombstone Piledriver on Batista for the win.
WINNER - THE UNDERTAKER Match Rating - 9/10
Drama, action, sneak...ery... This was a great match, even by my high standards.
Rey and Batista have an interview in the ring before they get to leave. Rey apologizes to Batista, but Batista doesn't think the match went as well as Rey thought it did. Batista attacks Rey while yelling about how close he was to winning. Oh no! Possible Heel turn!?
MATCH #4 TEAM RAW (HHH, Shawn Michaels, Cody Rhodes, Kofi Kingston, Big Show, Jack Swagger, and Mark Henry) VS. TEAM SMACKDOWN (Chris Jericho, Kane, Tyson Kidd, Finlay, R-Truth, David Hart Smith, and Matt Hardy)
Rhodes and R-Truth start us out, and just as Truth gets the edge, Show tags himself in. Truth tags in Kane, and both of the teams 'big men' start going at it. Show gets the upper hand, and tags in Swagger. Kane grabs Swagger and brings him over to the Smackdown side and tags in Matt. Matt takes Swagger outside the ring. Rhodes draws Matt's attention, and Swagger gets in a cheap shot getting both teams to swarm at each other outside, but the ref breaks it up. Swagger tags in Mark Henry who wails on Matt for a bit before tagging in HBK. Matt lands a Side Effect on HBK and he tags in Finlay. HBK lands the Sweet Chin Music on Finlay (knocking Finlay into Smith's tag), but before he can turn around, Kidd lifts HBK up and Smith lands a Diving clothesline to knock him down for a near fall. The SmackDown 7 separate HBK for a while, until Kidd misses with a diving elbow, getting Michaels to tag in HHH. HHH lands three separate spinebusters, and stacks Kidd, Smith, and Finlay on top of one another, but Kane steps in and Chokeslams HHH. Jericho gets tagged in, but misses with a Lionsault. Kofi gets tagged in and he tears Jericho up. Kofi lands a Trouble In Paradise on Jericho, and then we enter into "Everyone gets to land a finisher" time. Kofi climbs to the top tope, and Show walks over and chokeslams his own RAW PARTNER from the top. HHH comes in and asks "What the hell man?!" and gets a KO punch from Show for his trouble. Jericho pulls himself up from the wreckage and pins Kofi, giving Team SmackDown 'A Show' rights.
WINNERS - TEAM SMACKDOWN! Match Rating - 6/10
Started slow, but picked up after everyone got their 'introduction' garbage done. Liked the ending, though.
Cody Rhodes whines and cries at Kofi because he was the reason Team Raw lost... CLEARLY. Rhodes drops Kofi off like a couple of kids in a pool. Yes. Like a dump.
MATCH #5 IS AN IRON MAN MATCH FOR THE WWE CHAMPIONSHIP JOHN CENA VS. RANDY ORTON (c)
The match starts like most Cena/Orton matches, but within 4 minutes, Cena gets in a drop toe hold and lays in the STF. Orton taps out IMMEDIATELY giving Cena the 1-0 lead. Orton leaps out of the gate from the manditory 30 seconds and strikes at Cena. Orton lands a suplex and then a very long headlock. Cena powers out and lands a running diving neckbreaker. Cena goes to the top and lands a diving leg drop on Orton and goes for the Five Knuckle Suffle, but Orton gets up and RKO's him out of it netting himself a a pinfall himself. The score is now 1 to 1. 51 Minutes left of the Ironman and each man has a point for themselves. Cena gets knocked out of the ring, and Orton used the steel steps and the announcer's table. He picks up a television monitor and cracks Cena in the face, but only gets a 2 count. He rolls Cena back into the ring and gets a microphone and bops Cena in the head with it, but only for another 2 count. The ref pulls Orton off of Cena to check him out, even stops the timer to do it. Cena leaps to his feet and strikes at Orton, and throws him out of the ring. Orton counters a whip into the stairs and tosses Cena into them instead. Orton sets Cena's head onto the steps and stomps it for another near fall. Cena's head is bleeding from the monitor shot at this point, as Orton rolls Cena back into the ring and pounds away on Cena's head. Orton sets Cena up for an RKO, but Cena counters and goes into his flying shoulder blocks and then a Five Knuckle Shuffle and into an Attitude Adjustment, that Orton also makes into an RKO. Both men have a arm over each other, and so, both men get a pinfall on each other. 43 minutes left, and the score is 2 to 2. As the timer clears, Orton tries to spear Cena, but he misses and lands his shoulder in the corner. Cena gets Orton to the second rope, and lands an Attitude Adjustment from there. Cena gets the pinfall, so it's now Cena 3 to Orton's two. 40 minutes left.
Legacy comes down to the ring to beat down Cena, while Orton picks himself up. DiBiase lands a Dream Street on Cena, and Rhodes drags Orton over to Cena for another pinfall. 39 Minutes are left, and the score is an even 3 to 3. Kofi comes down to ringside to beat down Legacy with a chair, but Legacy runs off, and Kofi gives chase. Orton slithers outside, but Cena follows him out and bashes Orton's face on the barricade. Orton counters a barricade smash and hits Cena instead and gets a near fall. The fight heads to the pyrotechnics area, and Orton smashes Cena's face down on one of the pyro controls. Orton then throws Cena through the lighting grid and gets a 3 count. Now, Orton is winning 4 to Cena's 3. While Cena lays there, Orton goes over and finds out which pyro button fires off what pyro shot. Cena crawls to the top of the ramp. Orton lays Cena out on top of one of the pyro displays, and runs back over to the pyro control panel. Orton hits all the buttons! Alas, Cena has rolled out of the way. Orton takes the dazed Cena and drags him back to ringside. Orton rolls Cena back into the ring, but as Orton goes over to punish Cena some more, Cena does the classic Diva finisher, The Roll Up, and gets a successful pinfall. The match is now 4 to 4, and there's 27 minutes left on the clock. Orton rolls out of the ring and throws a hissy fit during the 30 second interval. Orton pulls Cena onto the apron and lands an elevated DDT onto the floor for another pin fall. The count is now Orton 5, Cena 4. 24 minutes left. Orton rolls out of the ring and looks at the clock. He's up 5 to 4 on Cena and there's 20 minutes left.
Cena stumbles up to Orton at the top of the ramp, but Orton knocks him down. Orton runs back into the ring, leaving Cena at the top of the ramp, trying to stall the clock. Cena slides into the ring, and Orton jumps him and just beats him down some more. Orton goes for his elevated DDT, but Cena slides out and attempts the Attitude Adjustment, but Orton elbows his way down and runs into the crowd. Cena gives chase and they begin fighting up on in the stands, with Cena punching and kicking up and down the stairs. At the 14:30 minute mark, Cena rolls Orton back to the ringside area and gets a near fall. Cena throws Orton THROUGH a security barricade near the announcer's table. Cena picks up some steps and bashes Orton in the face with them. He then cleans off the announcer's table and sets those steps next to that table. Cena picks Orton up, walks up the steps, and Attitude Adjustments Orton through the table and of course gets a pinfall. The score is now 5 to 5, and there are 9 minutes left. Cena pulls a table out from under the ring and he sets it up in the ring. Cena pulls Orton up and rolls him into the ring and lays him out onto the table. Cena goes to the top rope, and tries for a leg drop, but Orton rolls out of the way, leaving Cena to crash through the table. Cena gets the upper hand and goes into his flying shoulder blocks. The first hits Orton. the second, however, Orton avoids, and Cena goes crashing into the ref. Orton lands a RKO, but the ref can't count. Another ref comes down, but Cena kicks out. Orton attacks the SECOND ref, and there's only 1:45 left. Both men are tied up in score. Orton goes for the punt, but Cena dodges and locks in the STF. He can't hold on and taps out at the 5 second mark. This puts Cena as 6 to 5 points, and the new WWE Champion.
WINNER - JOHN CENA Match Rating - 10/10
Come on, from trying to blow Cena up with pyros, to the AA through the table, this was just a terrific match. Cena through the backstage lighting too? Come on! Awesome!
PPV RATING - 9/10 I mean, besides the women's match (which was the best Diva's match I've seen... even if it was only a 4) this was a PPV of quality matches.

I agree with just about everything in this article, except for the scoring of the Iron Man match. It was a good match, don't get me wrong, I just feel it wasn't "iron man caliber." We didn't really get 60 minutes of action. We got about 20 minutes of fantastic high spots, and 40 minutes of the two of them crawling around to set up those high spots. While though the pyro segment was awesome/hilarious, I would have to say a 7 or 8 out of 10 to make up for the over hype. Smackdown's fatal four way was awesome though and definitely deserving of a 9.

No, the ironman match did deserve a 10/10. It lasted for an hour and contained pyros, tables, chairs, blood..... Great wrestling spots and what more? Sure, 10 minutes were used to set up for the hot spots but the match overall was in perfect quality, and you'd have to give it a bonus in the score because of the type of match that it is and the fact that we don't get too many iron man matches.

Rock, I don't know what your problem is, first, everybody wants WWE to listen to the fans, and now, you say you don't want them to listen to you, christ, make up your mind. WWE is just doing what you wanted them to do.
