Welcome everyone to another edition of, The Showtime Chronicles. I am your writer "Showtime" Johnny Martin. Today, I will give my PPV predictions for, TNA Against All Odds. The PPV should be great so let’s go to my predictions now… After the PPV predictions, I will write what I think will happen on Impact next week (the aftermath of the TNA World Title Match).
An open challenge by “The Modern Day Gladiator” Brutus MagnusBrutus Magnus made his TNA Debut this week on Impact. To me, he looks like a great wrestler. He announced that at Against All Odds he will have an open challenge to anyone in the back. I think that either Suicide or Kiyoshi will accept his challenge. I am thinking of Kiyoshi because of the videos of Kiyoshi that are shown in TNA but there is also a chance of Suicide getting a storyline against Brutus Magnus. Who ever accepts the challenge will probably loose against Brutus Magnus because he just came to TNA and TNA wants him to get a good storyline. “The Modern Day Gladiator” Brutus Magnus will deliver his finisher that he calls, Tormentum.
Winner: “The Modern Day Gladiator” Brutus Magnus
Awesome Kong© vs. ODB (TNA Knockouts Championship)Awesome Kong has been a champion for a long time now and I think that ODB should become the new TNA Knockouts Champion. Jim Cornette told the other three members of The Kongtourage that they can’t interfere in the match. Since they can’t interfere in the match, ODB has a big chance of winning the title this Sunday at Against All Odds. ODB could be a great champion and I think that this Sunday, she will become the new TNA Woman’s Champion. ODB will hit the Dirty Dozen to get he win….. ODB, new TNA Knockouts Champion!
Winner: ODB
“The Blueprint” Matt Morgan vs. AbyssMatt Morgan and Abyss have been a tag team since Abyss’s return to TNA. “The Blueprint” Matt Morgan and Abyss have been a great tag team since Abyss returned and I was hoping that they will become TNA World Tag Team Champions but it never happened. The tag team between “The Blueprint” Matt Morgan and Abyss ended when Matt Morgan turned heel by hitting Abyss with a steel chair during a tag team match against Bear Money Inc. I think this storyline should be great because we will probably see some extreme matches where Morgan will face Abyss in. Abyss is really extreme when it comes down to weapons in matches. This Sunday I think Matt Morgan will win the match after a Disqualification.
Winner: “The Blueprint” Matt Morgan
“Big Poppa Pump” Scott Steiner vs. “Maple Leaf Muscule” Petey WilliamsThis match should be great! Scott Steiner and Petey Williams are in a good storyline right now so I think that the match will be really good. One thing I don’t get though is why Petey Williams still looks like Scott Steiner if he is feuding with him. Petey Williams and Scott Steiner used to be friends but now are against each other because of the attack on Petey Williams by The Main Event Mafia. Petey Williams is a great wrestler and I think this Sunday, he will get the win against Scott Steiner after a Canadian Destroyer. Petey Williams will get his revenge this Sunday at TNA Against All Odds.
Winner: Petey Williams
Booker T vs. Shane SewellShane Sewell is showing great wrestling ability and it looks like he is getting a big push in TNA. Booker T is a great Legend and he is the current TNA Legends Champion. I think that Booker T vs. Shane Sewell is a great storyline but I also think that Booker T should be feuding against someone else. Shane Sewell went from a TNA referee to a TNA wrestler and he has shown that he could be a great wrestler. Booker T should be able to win this match this Sunday at Against All Odds because TNA wants Booker to get a good storyline right now. Booker T will hit the Scissors Kick and get the win. After the match, probably Booker will attack Shane Sewell and beat him up…. I believe that this will be the push of this storyline at Against All Odds.
Winner: Booker T
Bear Money Inc. © vs. Lethal ConsequencesBear Money Inc. (Robert Roode and James Storm) are the current TNA World Tag Team champions. Lethal Consequences (“Black Machismo” Jay Lethal and Consequences Creed) won the tag team titles from Bear Money Inc. weeks ago on Impact after Jay Lethal cashed in his tag team title shot but they lost the titles to Bear Money Inc. one week after they won the titles. Bear Money Inc. has been champions for a long time and I think that this should be the last time they have the titles. James Storm and Robert Roode are great wrestlers and they both have been in TNA for a long time. “Black Machismo” and Consequences Creed are also really good wrestlers and they could be great champions in TNA. The TNA Tag Team title was the first title that Consequences Creed held in TNA. This Sunday I expect Lethal Consequences to win the match. Probably Creed and Storm will fight outside the ring and Jay Lethal will hit his finisher on Robert Roode. Consequences Creed and Jay Lethal become the new TNA Tag Team Champions.
Lethal Consequences will be the champions for a long time…
Winners: Lethal Consequences (“Black Machismo” Jay Lethal and Consequences Creed.
Alex Shelly© vs. “Showtime” Eric Young (TNA X-Division Title match)Eric Young vs. Alex Shelly… This should be a great match. Alex Shelly is a great X-Division wrestler and I know that he will put on a great title match. “Showtime” Eric Young won the X-Division title from Sheik Abdul Bashir but the title was vacated after he won it. “Showtime” Eric Young is a great wrestler and could be a great champion. If we have an Eric Young vs. Alex Shelly storyline, the outcome of the storyline will be great. Both Alex Shelly and Eric Young are great in every match they fight in and this Sunday at Against All Odds, they will have a bigger match than before. Alex Shelly won the title at the previous TNA PPV and although I would love “Showtime” Eric Young to win the X-Division title, he won’t win. Alex Shelly will win this match for sure either by Chris Sabin helping him win or just winning a clean match. Chris Sabin and Alex Shelly always help each other in matches and I think they will do it again this Sunday at Against All Odds.
Winner: Alex Shelly
Sting© vs. Kurt Angle vs. Brother Ray vs. Brother D-Von (Fatal Four Way Match for the TNA World Heavyweight Title)This match will probably go into TNA History. I don’t remember when was the last time we saw Brother Ray vs. Brother D-Von. All four people in this match are wrestling legends. I know that a lot of people hate Kurt Angle but he is a Legend. Brother Ray and Brother D-Von are Tag Team Legends and now one of them has the chance to become a world champion for the first time. Sting is a Legend and he has won World Titles before. He is the current TNA World Heavyweight Champion and I think that Against All Odds, Sting will loose the TNA World Heavyweight Title. Kurt Angle has a big chance of winning the TNA World Title but I don’t think he will win it. Kurt Angle is the leader of The Main Event Mafia and Sting is like the manager of The Main Event Mafia. What I think will happen is that Samoa Joe will make his return at Against All Odds. Probably, the referee will be knocked out and The Main Event Mafia will come to the ring. Following The Main Event Mafia, The TNA Frontline will come out and fight against Main Event Mafia. When they are fighting, Samoa Joe will make his return and that will cost Sting the TNA World Heavyweight Title and that will cost Kurt Angle the chance of becoming the TNA World Heavyweight Champion. Brother D-Von will probably go and help The Frontline and Brother Ray will get the pin. History will be made as Brother Ray wins his first World Heavyweight Championship. Sunday at Against All Odds, Brother Ray becomes the New TNA World Heavyweight Champion.
Winner: Brother Ray
Next week on Impact!Next week on Impact, I think that Sting will blame The Main Event Mafia why he lost his title. The Main Event Mafia will probably attack Sting and Sting will be taken out of The Main Event Mafia. Samoa Joe will also make his return to Impact and he will attack The Main Event Mafia again. Main Event Mafia will brawl against The TNA Frontline and than Mick Foley will announce that it will be TNA Frontline vs. The Main Event Mafia live on Impact…
Well those were my predictions for Against All Odds and my thoughts on what will happen on Impact next week. A lot of people might not agree with me on the predictions for next week for Impact but that is why these are my opinions… Hope you all enjoyed this article and I hope you all will enjoy my other articles that are coming up

awesome article ! too bad ODB or Brother Ray didn't win the title !
and let me tell you something...Sting, isn't a real champ !
I don't even know why TNA is keeping him as a champ! Seriously ! I mean, c'mon Sting is tired, he always get beaten like hell !
I can now say TNA is worse since Sting is champion !

Looks like you went missed several of your predictions. I probably couldn't have done better, but good calls though. You had some good points that would hasve gone either way.

if my memory is correct. According to old pwinsider articles. Sting was a big reason Spike TV gave TNA their timeslot, so my guess is TNA and Spike think keeping Sting as champ helps bring in ratings.

I do agree with alot of your assessments, however
A) how the hell is Petey supposed to flip-piledrive someone of Steiner's size? it'd be incredible and I hope to hell it actually happens, but nobody should get hopes up over that lol
B) the main event for the WHC is mostly for the storyline between Sting and MEM to move along one way or another. Getting a 4-way match with Team 3D is just an added treat TNA's giving us for making us go through the motions of something we've seen coming forever, as well as maybe a thank you to Team 3D itself. Alot of the veterans are coming out and saying "folks, we're hurt and won't be here too much longer"
