Welcome to The Weekly Review and it was a big week this week as the Road to Wrestlemania is a clear path now. In this edition I will breakdown what happened at Elimination Chamber, return TNA to my article, and most importantly review another week in wrestling! - PPV News The Road to Wrestlemania began at the Royal Rumble and has just one roadblock on the way. That block is the Elimination Chamber and it cleared up a lot of things going on to the grandest stage of them all. Heres what happened... Sheamus (c) v. John Cena v. Triple H v. Kofi Kingston v. Randy Orton v. Ted Dibiase (WWE Championship)- Elimination Chamber The match started off fast but without any eliminations. All six men were in the ring at the same time before the action really started to pick up. Members of legacy, Randy Orton and Ted Dibiase teamed up on all the other members until they were the only two standing tall above many downed opponents. Then like in the past weeks, Cody Rhodes showed up ringside to cause havoc and slipped a lead pipe to Dibiase that was intended for Orton. Dibiase used it to eliminate his own mentor making Orton the first eliminated. Kofi Kingston responded fast by eliminating Dibiase with Trouble in Paradise. Sheamus then kept the chain going by hitting Kofi with a big boot to officially cut the field in half. Triple H added himself into the mix directly afterwards by hitting Sheamus with Pedigree to finish him off. It was then down to just John Cena and Triple H to see who would become the new WWE champion. John Cena responded fast by using the little energy left to submit Triple H in the STF to become the new champion. John Cena (c) v. Batista (WWE Championship) Moments after his brutal Elimination Chamber match, Cena was forced to defend against Batista by Chairman McMahon. John Cena tried his hardest to guarantee a spot at Wrestlemania but was thrown down by a spear followed by a Batista Bomb. The reason for throwing his qualifying match is now known, as Batista is our new WWE Champion. Drew McIntyre (c) v. Kane (Intercontinental Title) The match went on for a short period of time before Kane did enough damage to set up for the Chokeslam. Kane took it to the rope and the referee attempted to break it up only to cause a rapid ending. McIntyre took advantage of the distraction by gouging Kane's eye long enough to set up and hit the DDT. Drew McIntyre retains and keeps his streak alive. The Miz (c) v. MVP (USA Title) Another surprise match is scheduled on the card as rivals Miz and MVP set up to rage war. The match drags on between the two with another battle taking place outside the ring between Mark Henry and Big Show. MVP takes control of the match but Big Show takes the right opportunity to sneak in a right hook on MVP which drops him to the mat. The Miz then picked up the three count on his knocked out opponent to steal yet another victory. Undertaker (c) v. R-Truth v. Rey Mysterio v. Chris Jericho v. CM Punk v. John Morrison (World Heavyweight Championship)- Elimination Chamber The match started fast between CM Punk and R-Truth in the Chamber. CM Punk got the first elimination fast by hitting R-Truth with the GTS. Rey Mysterio then got in and brought a highflying attack to the match, which did damage to both Punk and himself. Eventually Jericho gets in the match and the three continue to beat eachother senseless. Then Morrison gets in to pick up the pace and by this time CM Punk has already been eliminated. Mysterio is then taken out by Morrison as The Undertaker is brought in to leave three men in the structure. Undertaker then has Morrison rest in peace as he dominates the match early in his running. He then meets up with Jericho in a brutal one on one until both men are beaten down. Even after taking a codebreaker, The Undertaker fights on to take control over Jericho. He locks in Hells Gate, which stuns Jericho and then sets up for the Chokeslam but then like I predicted... HBK gets involved. Shawn Michaels sneaks into the Chamber and connects Sweet Chin Music to The Undertaker. Chris Jericho then takes advantage by picking up the win. - Week In Review RAW Monday Night took host to many big Wrestlemania announcements. The show kicked off with Chris Jericho bragging about his Chamber win only to be cut short by a spear. Edge will face his old partner Jericho at Wrestlemania! The second and possibly the biggest announcement is that Shawn Michaels will finally get his rematch against The Undertaker at this years Wrestlemania but... this time HBK must put his career on the line. And it is now official that Money in the Bank will be at Wrestlemania this year even though theres a special PPV set out for the match. Best Match: Over the past month Legacy has been falling apart. Cody Rhodes has cost Randy Orton three title matches now. At Elimination Chamber Dibiase took his turn in helping out and on RAW they fought against the highflying alliance of Kingston, Bourne, and Totsu. The match was actually a fairly good match until Orton hit Rhodes with a DDT and then RKO'ed a furious Dibiase. Evan Bourne then finished the match with Air Bourne to Rhodes. It now seems clear that Legacy has broken up and there should be a triple threat match at Wrestlemania with there fathers in each corner if they keep traveling down this road. Best Promo: This weeks RAW was so solid that im going to replace the worst moment with the best promo since there were hardly any flaws this week. It was announced early in the show that John Cena would get a rematch against Batista as long as he could defeat him in the main event. He did just that but not in the way he would have liked to. Cena won by DQ after taking a pre-match kick to the groin by Batista. He kept going from there by brutally targeting Cena's back repeatedly until not even the medics could stop Batista from the vicious attack. Cena will face Batista at Wrestlemania but he definitely didnt make the statement he would have like to. - WWE NXT Overall if I had to put a word on this show it would be... interesting. I wasnt good but it was definitely better than ECW just because there career can only go up in NXT while ECW was just a down hill path. Best Moment: I liked how they did the rookies introduction promos but the best part had to be the match between Daniel Bryan and Chris Jericho. Yeah a debuting rookie shouldnt beat the Heavyweight Champion but he came close and I didnt have a problem with it. He performed much better than the other four rookies that debuted and the match was actually exciting because you couldnt tell if he was going to pull out the upset. Worst Moment: Ok did anyone else notice the second match? If you got up to get a drink then you missed it. David Otunga beat Darren Young in like 10 seconds if that. So yeah either there trying make Young a jobber or Otunga a complete beast. Im not sure the ending was what bothered me. They finished it on this nasty looking side ways backbreaker slam? Not sure but it looked to me like Young fell on the ground as Otunga flexed. Horrible finish and hopefully these rookies improve. - Friday Night Smackdown Smackdown put on a decent show this week and improved what I didnt like last week... to many tag matches. This week they brought us four not to bad singles matches. Best Moment: Money in the Bank qualifiers headlined the show. Highflying Shelton Benjamin, fast rising Dolph Ziggler, and the monster Kane all qualified. This obviously means the Wrestlemania tradition will return this year even though theres a PPV coming up called Money in the Bank. Glad to see this match still on the card... Worst Moment: I think Shelton Benjamin makes the Money in the Bank match great every year but CM Punk should have made it to. There is rumors of a mask vs hair match between Mysterio but I still would like to see CM Punk go for the three peat. - Big Stories WWE NXT To be honest NXT wasnt that great but I will say this. It was a hell of a lot more entertaining than ECW. Some saw this as a bad decision but lets face it that the PG WWE has nothing more to offer us than softcore. Hardcore wasnt an option with ECW anymore which killed off not only the show but the fan base as well. Hope they learned there lesson because killing the land of extreme to target the kids wont work out in the end because its not 5 year olds buying the tickets. R.I.P ECW and maybe this NXT thing will end and hopefully Bryan Daniels doesnt win because it would be way to obvious. Ultimate Warrior Turns Down HOF I can still remember that legendary match between him and Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania and now im even more amazed. Not only was he supposed to be inducted but he was supposed to be the headline of this years Hall of Fame class. Money shouldnt be an issue when being given one of the biggest honors you can get in wrestling. Not sure if he will get another chance next year but hopefully the two can work something out because the Ultimate Warrior deserves it. TNA No I havent suddenly abandoned TNA because I definitely believe they have a great style of wrestling. There talent and writers may not be that good but hey... there wrestling. Not just holding a headlock in the middle of the ring but these guys actually wrestle. The reason ive recently cut them from my articles is because I dont have room but with no PPV's next week im going to officially return TNA to the Weekly Review next week. - Best Show: Monday Night RAW Best Performer: John Cena in RAW Elimination Chamber Best Statement: Batista at Eliminatin Chamber and RAW Worst Show: NXT because its only one hour but WWE Superstars will always be the worst show and thats why its not even included in the review Worst Performer: Darren Young when losing to Otunga on a nasty looking slam in a 30 second match Worst Statement: WWE officials almost setting the Undertaker on fire around Wrestlemania time - Thanks for reading and hope you have another good week leading up to my next edition. Feel free to leave a comment and this was another Weekly Review. -Tkellionaire

I dont get it. Why does everyone here hate Cena so much ?
He's a performer/entertainer. Just like everyone else in WWE.
So whats the big deal ??

Antary, they see in see an entertainer, not just a wretlers, it doesn't really matter what moves you can do or cannot do, it matters if you can entertain and makes some money, Cena does a very lot of the both and that's what makes him the best.

They hate John Cena for the same reason some people hated The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin, they're in the spotlight. Not to many of the big names, Hogan, Rock, Stone Cold, Ultimate Warrior, could actually wrestle. But they could get the crowd going. And that's why they made it big. For crying out loud, no one, including himself, could understand what the Ultimate Warrior was saying 99.9% of the time and people loved him. So there will always be haters and lovers, regardless of in-ring skills. Granted John is not the talented in the ring, but name one talented superstar that can pick up Big Show. He's got some skills that the WWE can use otherwise he wouldn't be there. And before any of you idiots post your gay nonesense, no it was not because he performed homosexual acts on Vince or anyone else.

Rock eliminated Big Show in Royal Rumble, but it doesn`t matter.
And IMO, Rock had average in ring skills.
