Welcome back once again to the home of Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling! The aftermath of Sacrifice was chaotic last week and now things are going crazy. You can see where Impact picked up from last week, right here on the TNA Report! - The introduction song plays, the fireworks boom, and its time to start another edition of TNA Impact! The first man to the ring is Jeff Hardy and he comes down for one simple reason, and that is for an answer from Anderson. Anderson makes his way to the ring and openly admits that he only helped Hardy to confuse him. He tries to get on Hardy's good side but there quickly joined by AJ Styles and Ric Flair who come to the top of the ramp. Styles calls out Anderson and he responds with a "MISSSSSTAAAA ANDERSON!... Anderson." AJ Styles and Mr. Anderson will face off later tonight. - Commercial Break - The Band & Eric Young vs Ink Inc vs Team 3D- Non-Title Match Shannon Moore and Eric Young start off the match and Moore is the one to take the early advantage by hitting a bulldog and tagging in Neil. Jesse Neil comes in with a full head of steam but is quickly stopped by Young who climbs back into the match. Eric Young is tagged by Brother Ray and now Team 3D goes to work on Neil for a while. Shannon Moore finally gets back in to try and save the match for their team but Team 3D takes out both members of Ink Inc. Team 3D continues the assault on Neil with some vicious stomps until Brother Ray leaves the ring. He returns with a chair but Brother Devon takes it from his hands so they don't get disqualified. The steal distracts Brother Ray and he ends up getting hit with the Jesse Neil spear which ends the match. The Band had the man advantage but still didn't seem too concerned about the loss. Team 3D seems unfocused as a team after the match and Brother Ray is furious. He thinks Jesse Neil has to big of an ego so the problem with be solved with a match at Slammiversary. Winners: Ink Inc (Shannon Moore & Jesse Neil) Match Rating: 5/10 - Commercial Break - Kazarian vs Jay Lethal Kazarian is coming off of a win in the X-Dvision battle royal last week so he definitely is coming in with more momentum but it doesnt matter. Jay Lethal is able to isolate Kazarian by using his highflying attack to take the early advantage. Jay Lethal has control but Ric Flair comes down the ramp which causes a distraction. Kazarian capitalizes and takes out Jay Lethal but not for good. Lethal still has some fight in him but it doesn't look like much. He struggles but is able to slowly work back into the match and hits a nice moonsault crossbody that gets a near fall. Kazarian bounces off the ropes and Jay Lethal catches him in the chin with a kick that dazes him. Jay Lethal stares Ric Flair dead in the eye and locks in the figure four leg lock. Kazarian is able to reach the rope but damage has been done to the legs. Ric Flair approaches the ring and gets punched by Lethal. Kazarian takes the opportunity to roll up Jay Lethal and steal the win. After the match, Ric Flair goes in the ring and goes for revenge but gets punished by Lethal who tosses him up and out of the ring. AJ Styles comes to the aid of Ric Flair by attacking Lethal with no mercy. In the end, Jay Lethal is the only man left in the ring and Flair is frustrated after getting shown up by Lethal again. Winner: Kazarian Match Rating: 5/10 - The camera pans backstage and Shannon Moore is shown knocked out on the ground. - Commercial Break - Orlando Jordan vs Abyss Both men are coming off of big statements last week and now only one can win this week. Abyss comes out with Chelsea and Abyss doesnt seem to fond of Orlando Jordan. Jordan seems to have all the confidence to start off but Abyss is the one who dominates. Abyss charges Jordan after a strong sequence but Jordan dodges it and uses the same strategy as last week. He targeted the injured knee of Rob Terry last week and he targets the cut arm of Abyss this week. Jordan goes for the pin but its going to take more than some arm damage to keep the monster down. Abyss still is being broken down but finally catches a break by planting Jordan face first into the mat to slow him down. The match is taken outside the ring and Chelsea goes down hard off a shove. Abyss tries to help her but Desmond Wolfe attacks from behind without warning. The match is over but Wolfe and Jordan keep targeting the arm of Abyss. Rob Terry finally comes stomping down and takes out both enemies. Rob Terry celebrates in the ring while Abyss carries Chelsea to the back. Winner: N/A Match Rating: N/A - Commercial Break - Rob Van Dam makes his way to the ring and the eighth word out of his mouth is "Sting". Nobody knows why Sting is acting up but we might find out. The two have never fought before but at Slammiversary its different. If Sting wants the Heavyweight Championship then he is going to have to get past the whole FN show. The entrance theme starts for Sting but changes to a clip of Sting attacking RVD way back on March 8th. Sting is up in the rafters again and it seems that he is trying to use mind games to shake RVD up. - Commercial Break - A midget from "Half Pint Brawlers" joins commentary. Roxxi is back and she is ready for anything that TNA has for her. Roxxi beat Madison Rayne last week in a non-title bout and now she will face her again for the belt at Slammiversary. - The Beautiful People (c) vs Taylor Wilde & Sarina- TNA Knockouts Tag Team Titles Winners: The Beautiful People Match Rating: N/A The dwarf tries to celebrate with the Beautiful People but he is planted by a DDT instead. - Commercial Break - Kurt Angle makes his way down to the commentary table and the Olympic gold medalist is back! Desmond Wolfe vs Jeff Hardy Jeff Hardy said at the beginning of the show that he didnt plan on wrestling tonight but obviously not the case. Both men are ranked in the top 10 system so this match has big implications. Desmond Wolfe puts Jeff Hardy down early but Hardy's highflying offense isnt easy to stop. Jeff Hardy takes Wolfe to the corner and beats him until Wolfe exits the ring. Hardy meets him outside though with a springboard crossbody. Wolfe is back on his feet quickly and the match is taken back inside the ring where Wolfe has more of a chance. Hardy almost hits a twist of fate out of nowhere but Wolfe saw it coming and counters it. Wolfe then sets up for towers of London shortly after but Hardy slides out of the move and almost turns it into a twist of fate but cant land it. Jeff Hardy hits a nice sequence on Wolfe to put him down but whisper in the wind misses and hits the referee. Hardy then hits a twist of fate but the referee is down. Wolfe pulls out a bag of quarters and takes out Hardy before the referee can see. Winner: Desmond Wolfe Match Rating: 5.5/10 - Commercial Break - Matt Morgan is in the ring and he is angry about the tag team situation that he is in. He issues an open challenge to anyone who wants to be his partner but nobody comes out. He calls out Kurt Angle at the announce table and keeps referring to him as kid. Kurt Angle responds by saying he isnt just a bald guy and that he remembers pinning Morgan the last time they were in the ring together. Morgan asks if Angle wants to join him but the two dont seem to be teaming up anytime soon or ever for that matter. Samoa Joe makes his way to the ring to continue the rampage but Morgan is quick to head up the ramp. Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle have a stare down in the ring. The segment is over and we get a quick rundown of the current matches set for Slammiversary. Are they really not doing King of the Mountain this year? - Commercial Break - Mr. Anderson vs AJ Styles The opening bell goes off and both men circle the ring until the first move is made by a test of strength. Styles gets a side headlock but Anderson breaks loose only to get locked in again. Anderson then takes his turn but neither is able to make their submission moves very effective. They continue to exchange holds until they finally realize nobody is going to tap out. The two then exchange punches until they go back to submissions. AJ Styles breaks the ice with a drop kick but Anderson fights back in. Both men go for covers later on but the count wont come that easy for either wrestlers. Anderson hits a crossbody that looks like a turning point but AJ Styles reverses it and uses the ropes to steal a pin. Winner: AJ Styles Match Rating: 5/10 - Mr. Anderson calls for the microphone and asks the crowd if AJ Styles pulled his tights. They chant "yes he did" even though I dont think he did but Anderson attacks Styles anyways. Beer Money comes down to help Styles but Hardy clears the ring with a steel chair.
