Welcome to the home of Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling! Last week a triple threat match took place to decide a number one contender and nothing was settled. Instead Abyss went on a full out rampage and left us no answers. Now you can catch all the aftermath right here on the TNA Report! - Hulk Hogan makes his way to the ring to start the show off and he gets down to business. Because of the triple count out last week, Hogan decides to just end all the confusion and make it a fatal four way at Victory Road. RVD will defend his TNA World Heavyweight Championship against Jeff Hardy, Anderson, and Abyss! Hogan continues to speak and now here comes Abyss! Hogan asked Abyss the simple question of why he went on a rampage last week. Abyss responds by saying that the only reason he did it and will continue to do it is because they told him to. Hulk Hogan tells him to settle down but Abyss says that there isnt a thing anybody can do to stop him. Abyss has just one last thing to say and that is that he doesnt need Hogan's garbage ring anymore. With that being said, Abyss grabs the throat of Hogan and chokes him in the corner. Abyss grabs a bag out from under the ring apron and pours out shards of broken glass. RVD and Anderson come charging down the ramp to save Hogan but three chair shots isnt enough to even faze Abyss. They are able to pull Hogan out in time to escape but Abyss is still standing and big. Thoughts: Big statement by Abyss as he manages to beat the numbers game again. We havent seen this Abyss since back when Judas Mesias was in TNA, and im glad to see this Abyss back. He says that "they" told him to do it and I have absolutely no idea who he is referring to but I have a feeling we could be finding out soon. (6.5/10) - He tells Hernandez to put down the burrito in the back and come out like a real man. He challenges Hernandez to a fight but Hernandez is in Mexico. Now they will face off at Victory Road except it is going to be inside a steel cage so that there is no place to run or hide. All of a sudden here comes Homicide to attack Morgan but it backfires and Homicide gets taken out before he even gets a chance to fight back. Thoughts: Two big power houses in a steel cage could definitely shape up to be a solid match. Not much to comment on the segment but Homicide backing up Hernandez is a sign of something big that has been rumored. That rumor is that L.A.X will be getting back together soon and hopefully they do. (5/10) - Kazarian vs Jay Lethal Early arm drags by Lethal work to break down Kazarian but it only works for a few seconds until it actually just makes Kaz angry. Kazarian leap frogs the referee and pounds Lethal in the corner. Kazarian then hangs Lethal in the ropes and kicks him down. The match is going at a relitively slow pace but Kaz has clear cut control. Mid-match a camera pans backstage and its Styles helping Flair in attacking Lethal's brother. Meanwhile, Kazarian just continues to beat Lethal until he thinks its over but he can only manage a near fall. The frustration is too much for Kaz and Lethal hits the Lethal Injection to pick up the win. Lethal celebrates with the fans until Flair attacking his brother comes onto the titantron. Lethal's face drops and now things are personal. Thoughts: Kazarian looked good the whole match but Lethal snuck in just one move and that was all it took. Flair probably shouldnt have attacked Lethal's brother because Lethal has always seemed like a nice guy, even when in a feud. That is most likely about to change. (5.5/10) - Jeff Jarrett vs Sting Its time for the ultimate revenge match and I doubt it follows through. This match has PPV like implications so I predict that is when the real match will go down. Moments later Sting's entrance plays but he doesnt make his way out. The spotlights start searching and sure enough he is in the rafters like usual. Jarrett charges up the steps wasting no time and the two meet to rage war. Jarrett beats down Sting all the way to the ring but once the lights come on... its isnt really Sting. The real Sting jumps up from behind and chokes Jarrett out with his signature baseball bat. Sting downs Jarrett and circles him before getting on the microphone. The only thing Sting has to say is "if you're going to walk with them, then you're going to drop with them!" Thoughts: Just like I predicted last week... this match wasnt going to and didnt happen. At least not yet so most likely these two will face off at Victory Road. (4.5/10) - Desmond Wolfe vs Kurt Angle The mission to start from the bottom and climb to the top continues for Kurt Angle as he takes on #9, Desmond Wolfe. These two have a history to say the least and now they will meet again in a sort of reunion match. The match starts off with Wolfe dominating but Angle refuses to stop the climb after just one win. Angle keeps trying to fight his way back in but Wolfe just wont let him back in. Wolfe focuses all his attack on Angle but the counters keep coming. Angle finally locks in an ankle lock followed by a belly to belly suplex that gives him the initiative. Wolfe rebounds from it but ends up taking multiple german suplexes just moments later. Angle goes for a pinning maneuver but Wolfe hasnt had enough yet. The two keep going with the back and forth but both men have trouble overcoming the counters to follow through with a decent sequence. Angle is sick of the back and forth so he heads high risk to break the ice on the match. Wolfe meets him at the top turnbuckle but Angle turns it around again and hits a big Angle Slam. The straps come down from Angle and now you know that he has solid control for the first time all match. Angle locks in the ankle lock and thats all it takes as Wolfe taps out. Thoughts: Kurt Angle took out Kazarian at Slammiversary and now Desmond Wolfe. He is rolling through the top ten and next up at #8 is D'Angelo Dinero. Nobody has been able to maintain Angle since his return and I dont think anyone will until he reaches the top of the list. Dinero better watch out because he is now standing with a target on his back. (6/10) - Douglas Williams comes down to educate some professionalism into the X-Division wrestlers. He calls out Brian Kendrick and sure enough here he comes. Brian Kendrick doesnt seem interested in listening to Williams so instead he has some things to say. Kendrick announces that he will get a title shot against Williams at Victory Road in a double stipulation match. The only way you can win is by either climbing the Ultimate-X or by submission. Williams accepts the match and insists that they both set the microphones down and call it good until Victory Road. They both set them down but Williams tries to swing at Kendrick which turns out to be a mistake because Kendrick turns it around and locks in a choke hold much like last week. Thoughts: I would have rather seen somebody else take on Williams at Victory Road but I will settle for Kendrick I guess. Williams is a technical based wrestler but I think opposites will happen at Victory Road. Meaning that I think either Williams will climb his way to the victory or Kendrick will submit Williams in a choke hold. (5/10) - Beer Money vs Shannon Moore- TNA Tag Team Tournament Final Team 3D laid out Jesse Neil in the back so Shannon Moore is going to have to go at it alone tonight. He manages to take control early on but a distraction causes him to lose it all and take a two on one beating. That distraction is Tommy Dreamer, Raven, and Stevie Richards making their way down the arena steps. There not the only ones though because here comes Jesse Neil down the ramp and now the handicap match is all even. Jesse Neil is ringside but Beer Money still continues the two on one assault. Shannon Moore has no choice now but to tag in Jesse Neil so that is what he does. Neil comes in strong and rapid as he hits some nice lariats and backdrops. Moore uses his high flying abilities to take out Roode and now its just Neil with Storm. Neil takes the advantage but Storm kicks out after a two count and now Roode is back up. Neil showed a lot of heart but Beer Money manages to use their experience and takes out Neil. Now its going to be Beer Money and the Motor City Machine Guns at Victory Road. Thoughts: Even though Neil made his way out, I saw this coming. Ink Inc. didnt make the cut but they probably dont have to worry about being left out of the Victory Road match card because their rivalry with Team 3D is only heating up more. (5/10) - Abyss vs Mr. Anderson- Falls Count Anywhere (No Disqualification) Anderson leaps the crowd barrier and wastes no time starting on Abyss. Anderson leaves the ring to grab a steel chair but ends up taking a punch from Abyss through the chair. Abyss sets up the chair in the ring and its ends up backfiring on him but Anderson still cant close out the match. Anderson escapes the ring and slides underneath the apron but Abyss has no clue where he is at. Anderson slides back out with a singapore cane and blindsides Abyss with it. The match continues outside the ring and Abyss exposes the bare concrete before setting up for a chokeslam but Anderson counters and gets back into the ring. Abyss follows and starts using the steel chair to break down Anderson. Abyss tries to end it but Anderson lands a low blow and suddenly its anyones match. Anderson goes high risk to the top turnbuckle but Abyss saw it coming and answers with Shock Treatment to end the match. The match is over but Abyss isnt done as he stalks Anderson while he crawls up the ramp. Abyss grabs Anderson at the top of the ramp and chokeslams him off the top just like he did to Jeff Hardy last week. Hulk Hogan comes out again to but the difference this time is that he brought a steel chair. He lands two shots but they do no damage at all and the show ends with a staredown between Hogan and Abyss. Thoughts: Another strong outing by Abyss and now things are really starting to get interesting because he claimed nobody could stop him and it doesnt seem like anyone can.
