TNA Impact Stars Part I

Back to home

Now as I've seen the past few week, I see TNA growing! I wish that they brought in Bobby Lashley but its a 50/50 chance that he goes to AAA, or TNA!

Today I'm only doing Seven Stars, the next edition will feature 5 more top stars.

We'll start off the Take with an amazing superstar!

-KAZ-

Kaz has great potential next year or late this year to be a top contender for the TNA World Title, TNA has given Kaz a great push, he's defeated Christian Cage, AJ Styles, and he took part in a Triple Threat Main Event for the World Title in which he fell short! He's won the Terror Dome match and won the TNA Impact X Division King of the Mountain Match. That impresses me! He has speed, athleticism, integrity, and intensity! Aligned with The Wave Of The Future, and Flux Capacitor he can win any match with them moves if he hits them.

-Samoa Joe-

The TNA World Heavyweight Champion has come to great lengths in TNA ever since he debuted and went on an 18 month undefeated streak! That impressed me and I think that his World Title run came too late, he should have recieved it a year and a half ago. He's beaten the best there is, Cage, AJ, Kurt, Steiner, Abyss, Jeff Jarrett. And recently retained his title in a King of The Mountain Match. No champ has ever retained in a King of the Mountain match but Joe made that a first, he shows great commitment, shows respect and busts his back doing what he does to entertain us. Remember: Joe's Gonna Kill You!

-Booker T-

TNA has done way better with Booker then WWE has, they have given him a more leadership role as a heel. Though at first him being in TNA was a bombshell, and then he feuded off with Robert Roode which was a 2 month controversial feud. It was a catchy but a boring feud in my eyes. But I'm anxious to see how far he goes as a heel and what lengths he reaches. But I wonder where Sharmell is?

-Chris Sabin-

Sabin shows so much athleticism and ability, speed, and technique in his matches.

He is truly a great in that ring, who knows how to work his way around it. He's very careful and when he could almost hurt himself doing something he catches himself. But Sabin is very underrated because he's put his body through so much and does things unimaginable in that ring to impress all of us. Sabin deserves a big shot at the tag titles with Alex Shelley or a run for the X Division Title.

-Homicide-

Homicide is a great in the ring as well. LAX gained great popularity and gave TNA ratings after the epic tag matches they had against AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels, in my eyes at that point after they feuded with them thats when they made their name as a "TNA Tag Team" With Homicide's speed and feiry explosiveness he can do almost anything in that ring.

-Hernandez-

I think Hernandez is underrated because he has great strength and athleticism for a big man. He should be running for TNA World Champ against Joe. Hernandez in my eyes in a year or two will be the main man going for the "BIG" gold. Aligned with Homicide, the Tag team of LAX is a force to be reckoned with. They show great combination in the ring!

-AJ Styles-

The Phenomenal One! AJ has been in TNA since its inception and beginning in 2002. He's a "Pioneer" to the entire TNA. The first Triple Crown Champion in TNA, he's held the World Title 3 times, and the X Division Title 5 or 6 (my bad) and the tag titles on numerous occassions, AJ has athleticism, speed, technique, resistance, and balance in the ring and can do unimaginable things in a match. He's very flexible and tweaks his body in ways that make you cringe, he has the Pele, Spiral Tap, Styles Clash, 450 Plancha and Air Styles(SS Press), AJ's character fell ever since turning into a heel" Where Vince Russo made it like AJ was a stupid 5 year old who didn't know anything. Now he's changed from that and is a Face with where the fans really look up and cheer for AJ no matter what. But the "Prince of Phenomenal" gimmick was one of the lamest uses of AJ Styles. TNA gave a "Very Popular, High Impact, Ratings Giving Star into" A Stupid, no brained wrestler? And it made me wonder, why with AJ, Why make the best wrestler in TNA nothing?

See you all next week.

Glad someone finally agrees with me about Styles. The 'Prince of Phenomenal' was one of the worst gimmicks I've ever seen and I'm infinitely glad they moved him in a different direction.

OK the Prince of Phenomenal thing wasn't really a gimmick. They had a coronation to draw heat, and the only reason he wore that crown every time was to get more heat. There was zero impact on his character because of it.

Just dont forget about AJ Flying Forearm ;) I just love how he do that move. I think LAX is 3rd greatest Tag Team in history of TNA. 1) AMW of course and 2) is AJ And Daniels :) BTW give us back Fallen Angel. I dont want any currymans :D

Personally I think the best thing that could ever happen in TNA is to get rid of No Talent Vince Russo...His stories suck.
We have people here that write better in 5 minutes than he does in a month. TNA has the talent IF they will utilize it.

I think everyone should keep their eye on Kaz too. I also had high hopes for Lance Hoyt at one time, but he seems to be stuck in the Rock N' Rave INNNNF-F-F-F-FECTION!!!!
I think TNA needs to do some serious work on pushing their "original" wrestlers. Seems like they are doing that now though, since AJ Styles has been feuding with Kurt Angle and of course Joe is champ.

Love TNA wrestlers but I agree, Vince Russo needs to go.

I'd agree with this entire article, as well as comment #6 about Vince Russo.

I think Raven definately needs a huge push though, perhaps another title run.

Raven has always been my TNA favorite, he's always exciting, takes a hell of alot of punishment and never fails to make an effort.

i definitely agree with the fact that TNA is growing. The WWE isn't making good use of it's talented superstars and is losing them to TNA. Soon TNA will be 70% WWE
