TNArticle for 21/10/10

So a lot has happened since I last wrote an article. Hogan, Bischoff, Abyss, Jeff and Jarrett are all heel now. Madison is the new knockout’s champion and there are some lame jersey shore impersonators about. Looks like this week’s going to be a good show!

The New Regime.

The show starts with a small VT showing Immortals rise to power (For those that don’t know it’s Hogan’s new heel stable).

I’m Begging You!

Anderson (I wonder why he’s not in WWE anymore, did he get fired or something?) comes out to the ring with his arm in a sling (Hardy injured him last week, that’s such a cliché heel thing to do) and calls out Jeff. RVD comes out instead and tells Anderson to wait in line. Hardy’s head appears on the big screen, he asks for forgiveness in the most insincere way possible and now Bischoff is out. He says some things about forgiveness and creates an ultimate X match between Kazarian and Anderson for tonight, moreover he announces that RVD and Sabu are going to face Beer Money later on, he says that he doesn’t want to make RVD any more paranoid but one of his good friends is thinking of joining Immortal.

Who Is It?

RVD storms into the EV2 locker room and asks which one of them has been talking to Eric. They all deny it.

More Jersey Shore Stuff?

We get shown a flashback of JWOWW beating on Cookie last week. It’s not that entertaining. The TNA voice over guy asks “Is this the last we’ll see of JWOWW?”. I hope to god it is but I’ve got a feeling it won’t be. *sigh*

Amazing Red Vs. Robbie E.

I will suspend my disbelief for a second but I’m not sure Robbie E. is going to be any good at all.

Robbie starts off by blindsiding Red and then carries on the beat down for a bit. Red tries to make some reversals but they’re stopped immediately. Red breaks free and hit’s a few moves for a near fall. After climbing to the top rope Red’s attack was reversed by Robbie who goes on to hit a Guido Cutter (I don’t care what it’s official name is. From now on it’s a guido cutter.) for the win. It was basically an RKO.

Match Rating = 2/5. It was short and boring. Let’s hope Anderson doesn’t go against Robbie E. in case he botches a guido cutter and gets fired.

Robbie E. gets a microphone and says he’s going to win the X Division title. I sure as hell hope he doesn’t.

Just You And I Baby.

Apparently earlier this week The Pope was at a classy strip club. He says that he’s going to continue to fight Fortune even if it’s by himself. He then challenges AJ.

It’s Ridiculous!

Fortune are talking about how Beer Money are the greatest tag team ever. Kazarian mentions how he’s going to beat Anderson tonight. AJ says he’s going to put his TV title on the line against Pope tonight. Fortune then realise they can’t find the belt so there is a small search. Flair finds it and guess what? He get’s iced for the third week in a row? I don’t know, I’m losing track now. Bischoff turns up and says that it’s a regime of fairness so if Fortune interfere in that title match AJ will be DQ’d and stripped of his title.

I Love The Shimmer!

The girl who was Bischoff’s secretary was told that she was fired and if she wanted to keep her job in TNA she’d have to start wrestling. Fast forward to this week and that same girl is asking TBP is they’ll help her learn how to wrestle. TBP reject her. Sky and Lacey leave to go to the gym leaving Love by herself. Some stalker woman appears in the mirror behind Love. They have a small conversation then Sky walks back on and the woman disappears.

AJ Styles Vs. The Pope. (Tv Title championship)

This is a street fight so AJ invites Pope to come start the fight on the ramp. They fight on the ramp for a while but slowly make their way to ringside. The pope slingshots AJ into the ring post and continues his attack. A low blow puts the momentum in AJ’s favour, Pope breaks out of a fish hook and they have a small punch contest which Pope wins but it’s not enough for a 3 count. Pope gets thrown outside and AJ misses a slingshot dive. Just as Pope looks like he’s going to win Abyss interferes (He’s not in Fortune). Abyss hit’s a black hole slam and AJ keeps his title.

Match Rating = 4/5. I actually thought for a while Pope would’ve been the new champion. I’m disappointed that he didn’t win.

We’ve Earned The Right To Jump Ahead.

There’s an emotional VT where Team 3D talk about their last match against the guns that is scheduled for Turning Point. They say they’ve won every tag title there is to win and so it’s time to leave wrestling.

Hide Behind That.

The guns are backstage throwing a ball and then Gen Me turn up and get punches for their troubles.

I Want To Apologise.

Jeff Jarrett makes his way to the ring with a microphone and says that he is sorry to Angle, Sorry for not “kicking the crap out of him more”. Samoa Joe interrupts him but soon gets stopped by security. They handcuff Joe then Jarrett begins to attack him like he did Angle last week. Jarrett throws Joe over the side of the ramp then Mike Tenay stands up and begins to shout at Jarrett. (LolPwned)

Beer Money Inc. Vs. Rvd & Sabu.

Storm and RVD start the match but Sabu and Roode soon get tagged in. Sabu keeps the control until a clothesline changes momentum of the match. Beer Money stay in control for the next few minutes until RVD gets tagged in. Him and Sabu hit some nice tag moves but Storm breaks up the 3 count. Sabu brings in a chair and “accidentally” throws it into RVD’s face. Roode gets the 3 count and that’s it.

Match Rating = 4/5. I enjoyed watching RVD and Beer Money but I’m not big on Sabu unfortunately.

RVD and Sabu begin to have a scuffle after the match but EV2 come and break it up.

Sarita Vs. Mickey James.

I’m happy Sarita’s back on the map, Apparently she’s heel now though …

Mickie starts off strong and basically controls the match for a few minutes. Sarita gets thrown outside and eventually smashes Mickie’s head into the steps. Sarita takes control at that point and after a while locks in a nice looking submission move. Mickie reverses it into a pin attempt to which is unsuccessful but gives her the control. A bit more fighting happens then Mickie hit’s a nice roundhouse for the win.

Match Rating = 4/5. I really enjoyed this match! I say there should be more knockout’s matches like this one!

Tara attacks Mickie while she‘s celebrating and hit’s a widow‘s peak.

Three Things In Life Are True.

Anderson says he‘s going to kick the “&*^&” out of Jeff Hardy when he has the chance.

There is a small VT showing background information on Jay Lethal.

Anderson is walking backstage when he gets attacked by Fortune, they pick him up then carry him to the top of the ramp where they begin to attack him again in front of the fans.

Kazarian Vs. Anderson.

Anderson begins to crawl his way to the ring as Kazarian starts to climb the scaffolding to get the X. Just as Kazarian reaches the X Anderson rolls into the ring and pulls him down with his one good arm. Anderson beats on Kazarian for a while then begins to look under the ring. He is stopped by a dropkick however.

COMMERCIAL BREAK.

We’re back and Kazarian is again on the scaffolding climbing towards the X. Anderson stops him again by grabbing Kazs’ leg and swinging him backwards and forwards. Anderson attempts to shimmy across the elevated ropes but falls before he can put his full weight on the “injured” shoulder. Kazarian hit’s a hammer lock body slam then hit’s a slingshot leg drop. Kazarian tries climbing the ropes again but Anderson pulls him down and hit’s a sick looking Mic Check. Anderson looks under the ring while Kazarian is down and pulls out a ladder. Anderson sets it up and climbs it but is attacked by the entirety of Fortune before he can retrieve the X. Morgan hit’s a massive power bomb then Kaz mounts Morgan’s shoulders to pick up the X and the win.

Match Rating = 5/5. I actually love Ultimate X and I love Anderson. This was a fantastic match, it’s a shame Fortune and Immortal are winning everything.

While Fortune are celebrating Anderson crawls under the ring and then back out with a pipe looking thing in his hands. He attacks Morgan and then Fortune scatter. Jeff Hardy runs out and hits Anderson in the back of the head with a chair which cuts open Anderson. Fortune pass Hardy the ladder. Hardy sets up Anderson’s injured arm in the ladder and then smashes it with a chair shot.

Let Me Lead You To The Promised Land.

Flair and Bischoff are back stage celebrating a “successful” night. They get into a black car and carry on their conversation. The car is stopped sharpish by Angle standing in front of it holding a pipe. Angle pulls out the driver and then smashes in the back window. Security turn up and Angle backs away as this week’s Impact ends.

I’m really sorry I missed last week’s article. Personal issues limited my time on a pc and then the fact that the place where I usually watch TNA didn’t upload stopped me from writing it. I’ve found a new website so now it should be all cool from now on.

I’m Spriorite, and I’m out.
