Welcome to another special PPV preview edition of the Weekly Review. Every year both the RAW and Smackdown brands put on a match so brutal that six men enter and none leave the same. Inside satins structure only one man can come out a lock in his title defense at the grandest stage of them all. The road to Wrestlemania is closing in so im going to guide you the whole way there. Im Tkellionaire and this is theElimination Chamber.

Elimination Chamber Predictions
Drew McIntyre (c) vs Kane (Intercontinental Title)
The feud really came out of nowhere and now the two will battle it out for the title at Elimination Chamber. Kane definitely has more experience coming in with almost ten more years of wrestling since his debut in 1991. Although this feud came out of nowhere I dont think it will be the worst fued of the year. Kane won the worst feud award five times since 2002. Kane is no stranger to gold as well so the odds are certainly stacked against Drew McIntyre who is currently reining his first title while Kane goes for his third Intercontinental championship. The two have met in the ring the past two weeks but neither have actually won. There singles match ended in double countout but Kane has made the biggest statement so far by hitting McIntyre with a vicious chokeslam. Although Kane has more experience and size, im still going to have to pick the champion to retain in this one. Drew McIntyre will keep his singles match undefeated streak going... by the way how would McIntyre vs Undertaker at Wrestlemania be? A streak snapping match for both titles.

Undertaker (c) vs R-Truth vs John Morrison vs CM Punk vs Chris Jericho vs Rey Mysterio- Elimination Chamber (World Heavyweight Championship)
The Elimination Chamber is the match where the champion has 1/6th of a chance of winning. Thats less than the Championship Scramble and any other match. Most of the time the champion isnt expected to retain and its been proven because only two in history have done it. Triple H and John Cena but Cena didnt even get to keep it because Money in the Bank was cashed in right after his win at the 2006 New Years Revolution. For those reasons I would expect only one champion to retain but is the Undertaker the one?
R-Truth wont win and neither will John Morrison. Morrison may deserve it but he wont receive a push that fast. He is already chasing Intercontinental gold so he wont win and R-Truth will definitely not be in the Wrestlemania main event. I see John Morrison maybe winning Money in the Bank but not the Elimination Chamber. So that leaves four and the next eliminated is Rey Mysterio. Batista could be the cause if the WWE wanted to carry out the fued into Wrestlemania but if he doesnt then Mysterio will still lose. Like I said when I previewed him taking on The Undertaker before... Mysterio hasnt won a world title since back at Wrestlemania 22.
Now its all down to The Undertaker, CM Punk, and Chris Jericho. CM Punk is the last one I can see winning because he will either go on to fight that mask vs hair match with Mysterio or carry on to attempt a third straight Money in the Bank win. CM Punk has what it takes but he just doesnt have what it takes to top The Undertaker and Jericho. Its all down to Chris Jericho and The Undertaker now and I have to think that the deciding factor will be no other than Shawn Michaels. Both men have been in similar feuds but have not met eachother in the ring many times before. They did on Smackdown last week but Edge interfered and he wont be at Elimination Chamber. I see Shawn Michaels taking on The Undertaker at Wrestlemania in a Casket Match where The Undertaker is trying to get revenge for Michaels costing him his title at Elimination Chamber. So in the end I think Chris Jericho will win the Elimination Chamber and go on to defend his 3rd World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania against Edge.

Sheamus (c) vs Randy Orton vs Kofi Kingston vs Triple H vs Ted Dibiase vs John Cena- Elimination Chamber (WWE Championship)
Only half the field has any Elimination Chamber experience and that has to be the most telling number. The other three will struggle and im starting with the champion Sheamus. Yeah hes gone a long ways in such short time but it wont matter because the newcomer wont headline Wrestlemania. Im already counting out Sheamus as well as Ted Dibiase. Both have no experience and the match is to brutal for either of them to come out Champion. Kofi Kingston has no experience either but his versatility could keep him in the match for a while but in the end it will be to much. Kofi Kingston will enter a match more made for him and thats the Money in the Bank ladder match.
This leaves half the field and all three have held the WWE Championship plenty of times. John Cena and Randy Orton have both had it five times but Triple H has topped anyone with a total of eight WWE Championship title reigns. First out will be Randy Orton for the shear reason that he hasnt been in an Elimination Chamber since 2003. So all that remains now is John Cena and Triple H and both have won the match type before but theres a huge difference. John Cena has won just one Elimination Chamber and Triple H has won four of his five appearances. Nobody has let alone won two and Triple H has four under his belt. Triple H will go on to win the Elimination Chamber for the third straight year and headline Wrestlemania.

A Week In Review
RAW
Overall RAW has been stepping it up and there shows have been improving every week. Yeah the easiest way to explain this is because Wrestlemania is right around the corner but I thought I would point it out. The story from RAW this week was the three preview matches for the Elimination Chamber this Sunday and guess who has all the momentum coming out of RAW? Ted Dibiase does because he was the only one able to pin his opponent this week out of all the contenders. Dibiase looked good in his match with Kofi Kingston and now the only question is if he can take all that into the Elimination Chamber.
Best Moment: The best part of RAW this week was mainly the storyline put into the Elimination Chamber. Sheamus took a hard RKO to open the show but was able to rebound and destroy the main event we all knew wouldnt finish without DQ. Sheamus not only showed up but found a way to deliver a big boot to both John Cena and Triple H. Im not picking the Champion to retain at the Chamber but he definitely proved a point on RAW.
Worst Moment: Can someone tell me why they had Bret Hart get injured? All of us already knew he wouldnt be able to take a match most likely but then they make him even more beat up. Personally I saw it coming when they decided to have the camera follow him all the way to his car but I just thought we would see an attack of some sort by Batista or McMahon. Im not sure how this leg thing will un-fold but I can tell you that im not to enthused to find out.

ECW
This will be the last time I include ECW because last week was there final show. What they had in store for us on there last airing was two title matches. Show Miz was able to defend against Goldust & Yoshi Totsu just one night after losing a match on RAW to MVP & Mark Henry. Ezekiel Jackson also beat Christian to become the final ECW Champion.
Best Moment: Yeah it wasnt a very impressive show but if I had to find a good in it then it would actually be ECW closing. Yeah they gave it a long run but the fact of the matter is ECW was about dead and this was the right move.
Worst Moment: Ezekiel Jackson beating Christian made no sense to me. They wanted to give Ezekiel momentum going into Smackdown but did they really need to end ECW like that? Christian has held the belt for a while and they should have just ended the show on a good not by Christian retain. Instead they had Ezekiel Jackson put Christian threw a table to pull a pointless move by having a new champion on the last night. This wont make a difference at all but I dont agree with this decision.

Friday Night Smackdown
Smackdown put on there typical show by bring alright matches but still not as good as RAW. They were able to fit in five matches without a diva match (thank you). Overall there was some ok hype leading into Elimination Chamber. Kane was also able to defeat his old rival Dolph Ziggler.
Best Moment: It seems like every single Smackdown main event has some interference but this time it wasnt to bad. The Undertaker showed up and put down Edge with a chokeslam. Afterwards the feud continued between Edge and Chris Jericho when he came out to deliver a codebreaker.
Worst Moment: I like tag matches but three in a row gets obnoxious. Smackdown has always overeacted with the tag matches but this time I really wasnt planning on tuning into a tag based show.

Big Stories
Survivor Series Gone
This is one of WWE's original big four PPV's along with Summerslam, Royal Rumble, and Wrestlemania. I agree that something had to be done but not that this would be the best move. Survivor Series just wasnt what it used to be and adding Bragging Rights only hurt the PPV. Both PPV's were near eachother and both featured big tag matches, which was to much. In my opinion, closing Bragging Rights would have been a better choice but hopefully they can replace Survivor Series with something better than just a gimmick PPV.
WWE NXT
The show is about to start and im actually excited about this one. Not super thrilled but anything is about better than ECW. I watch The Ultimate Fighter and like the whole concept of eight guys coming in and all fighting for a contract. In most sports a win and loss are about the same in the end because your going to get paid regardless but this time theres more to fight for. Eight wrestlers from FCW will battle it out and the war wont end until only one man is left to join one of the main shows. The whole heel vs face thing is alright but the mentor part isnt clear to me yet. What does the mentor get if he leads his rookie into the WWE? Maybe a title shot or something but overall this could shape up to be a good show.
ECW Closing
Yeah the final match of ECW was alright because it was on some level of hardcore but I was expecting a lot more. Even a two hour special would have been nice but ECW died out without a big bang. I know they wouldnt put on another Cena vs RVD match but ending the show with a bigger match would have gone well. I was really hoping that ECW would bring back some hardcore guys and have one last big match at Wrestlemania but the fact that they closed the show now worked out. It was only going down hill and putting it out now was the right choice.
