It's been reported that during the latest edition of Legends of Wrestling (WWE 24/7 Classics on Demand), "Cowboy" Bill Watts was presented as a 2009 WWE Hall of Fame inductee.

NOTE: Bill Watts is a former wrestler and promoter who also worked as WCW Executive Vice President during the early 90s. As you may guess from his nickname, his most famous gimmick was that of a cowboy.
As a booker, he met controversy when accused for racial insensitivity despite his willingness to push African American wrestlers.

I hate saying this but I heard about this piece of news from this website almost a full month ago, but then again I check every article on this site so that's the only reason I know.

so taking your criteria into account, the day that wwe confirms taker vs hbk at wm xxv, it's not going to be news because it was already posted as a rumour. interesting
