As reported here earlier, Sim Snuka was released from his WWE contract yesterday. It was originally thought that the reason for his release was that creative had nothing for him. But another speculation is that he got cut because of an incident at Wrestlemania 25 during the Shawn Michaels/Undertaker match. Undertaker dove out of the ring onto Michaels and Snuka (who was posing as a cameraman) was supposed to catch Taker. Snuka failed in his duty and took a lot of heat for it from officials. If that is the reason, it is a wonder why it took them this long to cut him loose.

Yes, I'm going to catch a 250+ pound man while holding a camera in my hands at the same time.

If that is the reason, it's a rubbish reason. How many people in the roster currently are strong enough to catch a diving Undertaker?
