Big Daddy V needs to lose some weight

Big Daddy V was supposed to play a major part in the Battle Royal at Wrestlemania, and would have a program with Kane after Wrestlemania, but WWE decided to send him home. They fear Big Daddy V's current weight is affecting his health too much, and he needs to lose some weight first. Big Daddy V is not expected to return for quite some time.

That's practically been a given after his weight undisputedly caused his pneumonia earlier this year.

Well, I think everybody knew Big Daddy V's weight wasn't healthy. But it wasn't until now WWE is forcing him to take action, rather than still put him on as a freak show.

Great athlete? Anyone that size has strength, but other than that he had NO skills. Viscera/Big V/Big Daddy V.... whatever.... Did nothing but simple slams his whole early career. His newer career was based on the fact that he was so big that he could atleast be classified with the super-heavyweights and "should" compete with the "best of the best"..... No matter what, he was nothing more than massive weight lifting less weight than his own body mass. I hope he gets healthy, but from a wrestling stand-point... Unless he becomes VERY heel, there's not much left for him. Body slams and punches only get you so far. Let him lose 50-150 pounds and gain some movement, he VERY SLIGHTLY MAY become a place filler, but I DO NOT AT ALL believe he deserves to be even near the elite of wrestlers.

I always liked him. I think he will do better when he loses some weight - that's NOT saying he's amongst the 'best of the best' - but I do think he has more skill than some give him credit for - and don't forget he's a veteran of the business and deserves some respect for that. But yeah the foremost concern obviously is so that he doesn't die. I did wonder where he'd gone recently, and this explains that. Strangely enough if he loses a good 100lbs then it might help the Big Show's image - because then he really would be the heaviest in WWE - which is good for an image of 'largest athlete in the world'. Currently it was a bit strange with both Khali being taller, and also V being heavier. I'm not suggesting for a moment that's why WWE told him to lose weight. I do think they care about his health; well at least now they do. Good luck V!
