CM Punk & Beth Phoenix no longer a couple?

Apparently Twitter users have noticed that Beth Phoenix is no longer following CM Punk. Also the two are no longer traveling together.

According to a November 2011 feature on CM Punk in Maxim, the article noted that Beth Phoenix has been Punk's girlfriend for about a year.
