CM Punk - Planned As a Heel

The original idea was that CM Punk turns as a heel and win the Money in the Bank title shot later this year. Even though Vince McMahon accepted this idea and gave his approval to Punk winning the World Heavyweight title, the producers/agents don't think highly of his work.
