Current WWE Wrestler has Failed Marijuana test frequently
According to the Wrestling Observer newsletter, one wrestler (unrevealed) has failed over 10 marijuana test. This person has been scheduled for a push many times but it has been slowed down because of this over and over again. It is known that it isn't MVP, because he is being punished with a losing streak after saying something rude toa drug tester back in August. Hopefully there will be updates in the future to who this is.

wow! 10 times, is that wrong? if im not mistaking if you fail your third test you are fire. so what a crap on the drug test that the wwe does!

If you test positive for a substance on their "banned" list 3 times, you are supposed to be fired. However, the WWE havn't yet placed weed on this list yet.
