Death Of 9 Yr Old Linked To Wrestling

The New York Daily Times is reporting that the recent death of a 9 Yr old Brooklyn boy has been related to Wrestling.

The boy reportedly Jumped off his roof, with a home made parachute trying to imitate the Swanton Bomb performed by Jeff Hardy.

    Yes, wrestling did not watch this kid long enough for him to climb up to the roof with a parachute...Looney Tunes was linked to several kids blowing themselves up with Acme Dynamite and running full speed into fake tunnels...I am so sick of bad parenting being blamed on everything but the parents - why let the kid watch it if he was that easily confused about the reality? If you blame Hardy because of a move he does then you would also blame every action movie, TV show, etc that has stunts involved...

    So the kid had a parachute on, and tried a swanton. Well that kids a dumb a** and deserved to die. the parachute is supposed to capture air within it and reduce the speed as you desend down... how the hell is the parachute supposed to do that when a dumbass kid is doing a swanton flip in the middle of it.

    I agree with all the above the kids parents should have been paying more attention to him. i mean just look at te time involved to get the parachute or more likely a bed sheet. go outside get a ladder lean it up against the house i'm guessing here about the ladder climb on the roof attching the chute and jumpig had to take several minutes. and while we are on the subject i belive sponge bob did the same thing on one of his shows

    I will admit, when I got a trampoline, me and my friends would go crazy with wrestling moves and matches on it. fact is, KIDS WILL TRY THIS AT HOME, regardless of what the PA says.
    
    Also, ALOT of prowrestling is geared towards kids outside WWE so dont blame this on WWE going PG...okay, you can kinda blame them, but barely. Personally I feel saddened. No one deserves to lose a child over this or like this.

    We've all done wrestling moves with our friends. I'm sure we've all tried submission moves on our friends too after watching UFC and I know my buddy and I use to have boxing matches in my basement. Doing the moves isn't the bad thing, it's being stupid and doing them wrong. Where were the parents? A 9 year old on a roof is never a good idea whether they watch wrestling or not.
