Family is ashamed of Akebono's wrestling career

Akebono used to be a legend in the sumo business, since he became the first non-Japanese to ever become yokozuna. For those unfamiliar with the Japanese sport of sumo wrestling, yokozuna is the highest rank you can achieve. After his sumo career however he decided to get into other fighting sports. He was a disaster first in the sport of martial arts, therefore he decided to get into professional wrestling.

His gimmick however seems like something so stupid, not even Vince Russo would come up with it. He comes to the ring dressed as a baby, this includes a diaper and a  pacifier. This "Monster Baby", as he calls himself, keeps sucking on his pacifier until he gets hit, which is when he takes the pacifier out of his mouth, and starts pummeling his opponent as "the magical world's yokozuna". It now appears his wife, Christine, is so ashamed of him that she doesn't attend the shows anymore, she doesn't let their 3 kids watch their dad in the ring and she also has left him. The last news however is strongly denied by Akebono's handlers.
