Foley on Vince and his retirement
Edmontonsun.com posted an interview with TNA Star and Hardcore Legend Mick Foley. During the interview, Foley referred to his retirement and his relationship with Vince McMahon.
According to Foley, he won't make a retirement announcement again. He remembers doing so in 2000 and spending a whole year outside the ring. He compares this time with the average retirement time for most wrestlers (in his opinion, 6 weeks).
He also had words for Vince McMahon. Foley said that they had a good relationship but it ended after his negotiations with TNA back in 2005. According to Foley, after these events he "didn't even feel comfortable going into his office and eating his food" during producers' meetings.
He also mentions the reported fact that it was Vince who pushed for Mick Foley being dropped from the Legends of Wrestlemania video game.
