Former ECW Champion retires

Mikey Whipwreck, who was ECW Champion for 42 days in 1995, will wrestle his final match at tonight's New York Wrestling Connection event in Long Island, NY. He was also ECW Tag Team Champion with Cactus Jack.

New York Wrestling Connection is also a wrestling school run by Whipwreck, which produced alumni including WWE's Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder.
