Former WWE/TNA Star Returning to WWE
Dustin Rhodes, better know as GoldDust in WWE, and Black Reign in TNA, who is also one of the two sons of Dusty Rhodes, is set to be returning to the WWE on October 26th, at Cyber Sunday.
It is yet to be known if Dustin Rhodes will be just appearing or actually having a match, it depends on your votes!

I think it's safe to say that all of the superstars you'll be able to vote for will be signed to make an appearance on Cyber Sunday. WWE wouldn't put them in the vote if they knew that the person wouldn't be able to appear. So realistically WWE has signed everybody to appear at Cyber Sunday, and if they don't win the vote they obviously won't be on the show.

Usually they are still on the show, they just make an appearance instead of wrestling.
