Former WWF Manager Passes Away.
Former manager of Mr. Perfect and the Beverly Brothers, John Tolos has passed away at the age of 78 on May 28th.
Tolos had a brief stint as a singles competitor before returning to the WWF as "The Coach" dressed as a Gym coach with a whistle and all. From there he managed Mr. perfect and The Beverly Brothers.

A brief stint as singles competitor? The guy was a headliner in California for years and was in one of the most memorable angles ever when he feuded with Freddie Blassie.

Tolos was the most hated guy in L.A. He and Blassie drew on of the biggest gates in the era before cable and the WWF. I guess TWG's records only go back to Hogan's days. So Sad.
