There are plans for WWE Guest GM to continue for a few months. The Godfather, is currently scheduled to return with his old gimmick to host RAW for 1 night.
As seen the past few weeks WWE creative has been trying to ease out of their strictly PG rating. This past week's Swimsuit Spectacular was the first sort of thing they have done with the Divas since the rating change. Although WWE management has stated they are strictly PG some things may slip into programming on the odd occasion.

I don't understand why they want to appeal to kids. Do they not realise they are losing long time fans and adult viewers, the types of people who are more likely to buy ppvs etc therefore losing revenue for the company.

Back in the day, RAW ALONE used to be in the 7.0 and 8.0 ratings. And that was just a normal night. Nowadays, it takes RAW, Smackdown, ECW and WWE Superstars to make that kind of rating. I completely agree with Comment #7. There are just some things that kids shouldn't watch. Teenagers and adults were the ones that made WWE the way it was. Not a bunch of stupid kids. I seriously hope they come to there senses about this whole PG crap.
