Goldberg to Receive Great Honor

According to the source, former WWE star Bill Goldberg will be inducted into the National Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2010. The two-time World Heavyweight Champion is the first pro wrestler to receive the honor.

    I'll always remember Goldberg for he truly accomplished; failure. His "reign" in WCW was put to a stop and never recovered by one man, Kevin Nash. So he quit and floated around for a bit, before finally joining WWE. Gillberg had a better run there in all honesty, and my evidence to support that is his match vs Brock Lesnar. They had the chance to put on a high profile match, but managed to have every person booing them in the audience. Thats a feat not even the Brooklyn Brawler could accomplish. Just another testiment to the failures of "Goldberg! Goldberg".

    Goldberg lost all right to respect after his match with Brock Lesnar. This just shows you how desperate he and the Nation Jewish Sports Hall of Fame are for attention.

    Goldberg is what's known in Jewish culture as a "Golem"

    Damn Jew you rock! The coolest Jew out there! Pwn those Nazi haters. If Goldberg was alive in the 1930s-1940's, Hitler's Holocaust would've backfired and would be a holocaust of the Germans. But in all seriousness, Goldberg was one of the best wrestlers of all time, let alone Jewish wrestlers, and he deserves a spot in the Wrestling Hall of Fame. He did wonders for WCW a.k.a. Original TNA, and had a pretty good run in WWE. He is a phenomenal athlete, and a nice guy. I'm surprised he doesn't get as much attention nowadays,

    Actually I'm jealous of Keven Nash. I'd like to have the power to instantly make someone a failure by beating them one time. The spear may have worked on Jesus, but Keven Nash is doing just fine.

    I wasn't a fan of him, and yes his match with Lesnar stank, but given that him and Lesnar were both leaving the company, given that they knew they had to take it off a retired Austin after the match, I honestly don't blame them for not risking themselves for a bunch of fans who were abusing them. As for his award? Well it gives prestige and credibility to wrestling, as for him being Jewish? So what?

    Bill Goldberg was BOSS. No one could pull off his character like he did. When he made his approach to the ring, didnt matter who was in the ring, all points focused on him. The rock, SCSA, anyone and everyone gave way to the man, the MOUNTAIN, Goldberg... watch youtube to see for yourselves. and if you little girls have a problem with Goldberg over his name or nationality, take it up with him.
