Interesting info about Dory Funk Jr's HoF induction
As you all know Dory Funk Jr. is scheduled to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year by Dusty Rhodes. However, it seems that Funk had little to do with the decision of who would have the honor.
It's been reported that as soon as he knew he'd get into the HoF, Dory Funk Jr. called Bret Hart and asked him to induct him. According to the source, Bret Hart did accept the request. It's not known if WWE officials were aware of Funk's desire.
