Jeff Hardy Arrested
It seems Jeff hardy just can't catch a break, Jeff has been arrested on several Drug related charges. A statement has been issued regarding the incident.
Hardy, 32, of 265 Boys Camp Road, Cameron, was arrested after a search of his residence yielded 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine and items of drug paraphernalia, according to a press release.
A joint investigation conducted by officers with the Moore County Sheriff's Office narcotics and select enforcement units and the Fayetteville Police Department led to the arrest.
Vicodin and anabolic steriods are Schedule III substances, while Soma is a non-controlled prescription pill.
Jeff has been charged with the following
- Felony Trafficking In Opium
- 2 counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substances
- Felony Maintaining a home to keep controlled substances
- Felony Possession of cocaine
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
Bail is now set at $125,000.

The only bit Jeff is claiming isn't true is that Matt bailed him. The Sherriff is on record as saying that the pill quantities listed were found in his place, and he was arrested for the charges listes. He also said he was bailed by his brother. Possibly it was someone the Sherriff thought was his brother, or he has another brother we don't know about, or it was Matt.
It seems the drug quantities could have been personal use only, so the police could have a lot more evidence than what is listed there, or charges could soon be dongraded to just possession only, which would mean he could wrestle in the future, as if he is found guilty of all these charges, he will not be able to wrestle again, probably not even for free for chairty.

Guess what. Bail is set at court approximately 24 hours after being arrested. So this story HAS to be a lie.

Nemesis - Guess what!? Bail isn't necessarily set 24 hours after being arrested. You can have bail set in a matter of hours. And before you try and argue I used to work for a skip trace and bail enforcement agency. Next time know what your talking about before speaking, tard.
