Samoa Joe and TNA have a contract dispute

Samoa Joe's contract is expiring soon, and it seemed like the current title reign is a good way to convince him to stay, but there still is an issue between the two. Samoa Joe currently owns the right to the name "Samoa Joe", however, in the new contract wants to own the name, so Joe cannot wrestle as "Samoa Joe" for another federation.

Wrestlezone however already tells us that Joe can keep the rights to his name, and there was never any talk about him leaving the company due to this clause

   if its hes real name they cant ban him from using it thats just cruel.
