WWE star John Morrison's alleged broken ankle is work. Morrison appeared to suffer an ankle injury at Tuesday's SmackDown tapings during a match with R-Truth. He later posted on Twitter Wednesday that the ankle was broken in three places but that he'd just try to "walk it off." On Thursday he posted another Twitter reading:
"Heading to the airport in New Orleans- Vamos a Ecuador! - ankle still hurts from Smackdown taping in Baton Rouge-"
He has left to the Smackdown and ECW live events tour in South America and is expected to miss no ring time unless WWE follows through with an injury angle to get Shawn Michaels in the Elimination Chamber.
Shawn Michaels is also expected to take time off after Wrestlemania until Summerslam.

Let me guess he takes a break and then comes back saving HHH or in some other way reforming DX...

Michaels already got time off last time after Mania, he should just retire if he keeps planning to do this.

Oh my God, months without HBK?
That also means months without DX. YEAH!!!!!!!!!
How in the world are they gonna fill those 3 hours of RAW?
I guess the WWE will hire some extra writers to survive thst period :-)

On, why should he retire if he needs time off? He can still put on a A-Grade match everytime, and he has paid his dues, he has given a lot to wrestling. I dont think some time off is to much to ask.

You know HBK, and Taker as well, are at the point in there career where they're not young anymore and there bodies can't take the same kind of punishment they used too. Even if they're working less matches a year due to their age, can you honestly say either of them puts on bad matches or isn't giving it 100% anymore?

So Michaels gets in the SD Elimination chamber and gets another loss to mope about?
With Edge winning the Rumble, chances are it is going to be Jericho walking out of the Chamber with the belt even if Michaels is added because if Michaels walks out with the belt, who does Edge go after? Shaemus? Everyone wants to see Edge/Jericho at Mania.
Just so Michaels can have /another/ match with Taker so we have a repeat performance of last year? I say this as I still don't see the use of Michaels being the one to 'end the streak'.
This is Wrestlemania. The Grandaddy of Them All. It shouldn't be like yet another episode of RAW where the same guys are going at it one more time yet again.
Michaels vs Taker was a great match /last year/, but that was then, let's move on, let Taker get his 20-0 and retire undefeated at Mania. Michaels already has more than enough records, feats and palmares to ensure his legend that he doesn't need 'The Streak-Ender' tagged on at the end.

I reckon Kane should be the one to end the streak I mean with the history the 2 of them have and the fact kane is greatly under achieved at the min for the loyalty and dedication he has shown the wwe
