JR blogs on Benoit's records being restored
On Jim Ross' latest blog update, he referred to the general claim of stop ignoring Chris Benoit's legacy. Ross says he has no idea if WWE will ever get over Benoit's actions, and therefore will be treated like "a regular wrestler who has prematurely left us." He clarifies there's nothing he or the fans can do about it, and that any e-mail about this topic is "bound for the delete button."

Very good, benoit doesn't have to do anything with WWE, i hope nobody will ever mention his name again. It's a shame that he wasn't even a good wrestler but he gets this sick hype...

It's about time. he wuz a great wrestler.da guy who said he wasnt is really ignorant. especially when u cant wrestle urself, dat says a lot. dont talk unless u can bak it up. he's a part of wwe and he always will be. they cant ignore him or runaway from him forever. they can however ignore wut he did and simply look bak on da good times.

they'll probably slowly bring benoit back, but it's going to take a long time. i don't see why you keep supporting the guy when he murdered his wife and son. god may have forgiven him and let him go to heaven, but that will never change the fact he did something no parent should ever do to their own child.

Da Legend, T-Wayne and Jay, please understand it doesn't matter how he wrestled. The problem why the WWE should ignore him completely isn't his performance.

that wos not his fault. he wos taking wrong medication as he was deppressed that his wrestling teacher had died earlier before. He must hav changed to a killer quikli bcos on his last show on ecw he seemed perfectly fine. Benoit was a sik man and no 1 noticed until it was 2 late.

It's not like WWE can acknowledge Benoit's accomplishments without getting slammed by people who would think they're glorifying a murderer. Think about it, you say Mr X won this championship, won this royal rumble, basically you're making the guy look good. How can you justify making a man who murdered his wife and child look good?
