After Hayes' suspension it seems like a lot of former conflicts between Hayes and non-caucasian superstars are surfacing. Bobby Lashley supposedly could leave on his own terms (which meant that he could sign with TNA if he wanted, which is very rare for WWE grown superstars) on the condition that he would say nothing bad about the company.
Lashley did mention "evil prevailing" and some now say that this could have been directed towards Hayes. It appears that Hayes and Lashley had conflicts in the past, and the feud Lashley had to have with Tatanka who just turned heel, was some sort of punishment from the head writer of Smackdown. Hayes didn't want to work with Lashley, and that also appears to be one of the reasons why Lashley was moved from Smackdown to ECW in 2006. These are just two of the incidents currently mentioned used as an example of Hayes bullying Lashley.

No wonder African American wrestler talents like Booker and Lashley left the company so abruptly.

With all this news about Hayes coming out lately - like the article about him using racist jokes and comments on a lot of occasions before - WHY hasn't he been canned? In just about any other industry, he'd have been handed his walking papers a long time ago.
