MITB PPV could affect Wrestlemania?

According to Wrestling Observer, tonights PPV could affect the appearance of the match at next years Wrestlemania.

If tonights show is a success in terms of buyrate, the concept will return next year only as its own PPV.
If however it doesnt do so well, the MITB match will remain as a part of Wrestlemania.
