While nothing is official, it appears the Money in the Bank ladder match is off the card for Wrestlemania this year. There was talk just last week about starting the qualifying matches on RAW this coming week which shows you how quickly things in the WWE change. The belief is that with the new Money in the Bank pay-per-view coming in a few months, the match at WrestleMania will be postponed until then. It should be noted that this has upset many WWE wrestlers because it is a big payday to be on the WrestleMania card for at least 6 to 8 guys that may not get a shot now.

they should keep money in the bank at wrestlemania making it a ppv would ruin greatness of the match

It's because people voted to have a MITB ppv. They shouldn't let these decisions go to people, 12 years olds do all the voting on their site.

Meh, I'd rather give MitB it's own PPV. Considering it seems to have become a plot device for giving Edge or CM Punk an easy title reign, I'd rather not have it stinking up WrestleMania.

MITB has always been at Mania. The match itself, has had alot of drawing power, along with the other matches on the card.
Now, there are two sides to the moving of it to its own PPV.
One side, take its drawing power to its own PPV. Doing this, leaves open another 20 minutes or so in Mania. One would have to expect the matches on the Mania card to be longer. Should have most matches 10 minutes or more. The Mania card may not be hurt too badly, but another PPV would gain alot from it. Other title matches would be on the MITB PPV card as well. So, it'd end up somewhat like the Royal Rumber.
On the otherside, the MITB match has become a known part of Mania, along with the modified entrances, longer matches on average. The MITB match, is, arguably, a main event match at Mania, able to in the undercard. It is used to promote mid-carders looking to burst into the main event scene. If MITB was a stand alone PPV as the main event, it would be filled with more main eventers then midcarders.
So, two sides, both have their points. Still, the WWE has the final say for this year. Then we, the viewers, get thesay if it goes back to Mania, or stays by itself. Buy it, or don't buy it. You choose...

Money in the bank has become apart of Wrestlemania, such a perfect fit, it would really suck if they took it off the card. Having a money in the bank ppv is just stupid

So we now, except for Royal Rumble, WrestleMania and SummerSlam, every PPV is a "theme" PPV. Hey, Vince, Booking 101: Gimmick matches were made to spice up feuds. You mold the match to the feud, not the other way around!

WM will be great with or without MITB. Fact is, most of the PPVs are pointless, so in my opinion, giving it its own PPV will be great. Yes I m sad that I won't get to see it at WM, but, its not like we are losing out in the long run. We still get MITB, just have to wait. Hopefully giving it more focus will make the match even better, well I hope so

For everyone saying that MITB is a tradition or has ALWAYS been at Wrestlemania need to do their research. MITB started in 2005 at Wrestlemania. It hasn't been around since the first Wrestlemania has it? No. Hell, if it started around Mania '10, then I guess you can call it a tradition. I will agree though though that changing MITB to it's own PPV isn't stupid, but it takes away midcarders oportunities to showcase their talent on the grandest stage of them all. Without MITB, it seems like the main eventers will choke up all the spots. MITB, although not a tradition, will indeed leave a very big void of taken off of Wrestlemania.
