NBA vs. WWE Ratings
After all of the drama from last week between the NBA and WWE, the ratings are in from both Monday Night Raw and the Lakers/Nuggets game from Monday night. The episode of Raw scored a 3.2 cable rating on USA. The Lakers/Nuggets game posted a 6.9 cable rating on ESPN. The two ran head-to-head on cable TV and it is clear that the NBA has won the ratings war.

It was never a ratings war... Monday Night Football and Playoff games always take away from RAW. I think it speaks loads for WWE that they were moved to the Staples Center of all places and managed to sell out 3 shows in less than a week.
If anything this was a war between McMahon and Kroenke, and most of those 7+ million tuned in to see the Lakers- LA is a huge city with a massive west coast fanbase.

I dont see this as a loss. WWE = Every week. NBA Finals = A special show only on at certain times. The fact that a always on show such as WWE pulled over HALF the NBA Finals rating shows a great fan base. Plus, did there ratings drop from the previous weeks?

Well, thats what happens when you go head to head with a SPORT, not entertainemnt but as a sport. WWE is entertainment although i do enjoy wwe, thats just my opinion.

GOOD!!! Raw sucks ass..and the last one was just lame...Smackdow kicks Raw ass now if it goes for matches quality, I hope that Raw ratings will continue to drop

This really didnt surprise me in the least. The WWE sucks and is rapidly declining, and the Nuggs/Lakers series is a great one. No big shock.
