New WWE signing to debut in 2009

On the heels of a flurry of new WWE contracts, it seem like one particular "will-he-won't-he" saga is finally over.

Mexican media are now reporting that CMLL Champion Dos Caras Jr. has finally come to an agreement with the WWE and he is slated to make his debut at the 2009 Royal Rumble.
