It's become known that when the Nexus first invaded RAW a few months back there was apparently no direction with the angle. The group was told to go out and do a beat down that is not seen on usual WWE programming.

Justin Roberts was unaware that he was to have left ringside during the invasion and didn't know he would have been choked by the tie. The rookies at the time were not aware of the limitations they had to work with. The spitting in John Cena's face by Danielson was also not approved.
